So I finally was able to get a higher dose of PM in the mail yesterday and ramped up my PM intake from 300 mg to 500 mg and hope to go up to 1000 mg by next week...

So I woke up today with very sore and painful breasts AND some sore and pain in my right side of my hip area...

I also got to order my noogle which should be in by next week... My Maca root, Collagen with Hyro. acid, Hops, and my very high dose of L-Arginine is due in tomorrow.

So I thought a little update is in order..

I have increased in bust size 1/2 inch in 30 days so far....
