Full Version: Would this be an effective program?

I've been using Pueraria Mirifica on and off for some time now, with moderate results... But now I feel like I REALLY want results so I thought of this program, do you think it'd work (or be over or underdoing it?):

MSM tablets (contain Vitamin C)1,5g x2 =3000mg
Fenugreek 610 x3 = 1830mg
Wild Yam root 850 x2 = 1700mg
Pueraria mirifica 500 x2 = 1000mg
Barley grass 500 x2 = 1000mg
Soy extract 500 x2 = 1000mg
Flaxseed 1000 =1000mg
Hops 310 x2 =620mg
Saw Palmetto 540g x1 =540mg

What do you think I should take away from the program or is there something I should add? Are the quantities alright? Any advice? ^^''

I am also contemplating Noogleberry, but I'm looking for permanent results... I think I could only use it for 8 months, would that be enough..?

That is three programs together: PM, Eve M (FG + hops/soy/flax), and Greenbush kit #2 (FG+WY+SP). You will save a lot of money if you try them one by one.

What you miss is a multi-vitamin.
Hmm, alright. Thanks for your insight! Do you think that doing all that at once wouldn't be as productive as doing them one by one so to speak?

What kind of a multivitamin would you suggest? :o

I know it's a lot...I just really want results.. x)

There is research on hops, soy, and flax together, and the digestion to more active estrogens is slowed down if they are used together, because the same intestinal micro-organisms have to do part of the work.

However, in the same study, they found that if you miss the bacteria to digest hops, it doesn't mean you miss the bacteria to digest soy, or flax. So trying them all together improves your odds that your program works.

Look for > 50 µg vitamin B12
12-35 mg zinc
2-10 mg vitamin B6
400 µg folic acid or folates
25 mg iron to make up for blood loss during menstruation, except if you have a bc that stops the periods.
i think a supplement to increase growth hormone is important iv noticed this with the bigger growers programs
im trying an amino acid stack before bed for this
and maybe try using less of the phytoestrogen herbs with pm(which pm do u use because some brands are better) most people recommend using no herbs with pm but so i wouldnt use any wich arent useful in other parts of nbe like fenugreek is good for growth and prolactin or a natural progesterone cream instead of wild yam which cant make progesterone in the body
