I've been lurking for a while and read almost all of the threads to learn as much as I can on how to get bigger boobies, but I'm still a little confuse so I decided to sign up and ask for help! Big Grin

I'm a girl and quite underweight for my age. I used to be at a healthy weight, but now I'm down to 90lb and can't seem to gain it back even if I eat and eat! Maybe I'm a healthy eater that's why? I'm not a vegetarian though, I just eat in small portions but often. I'm 27 years old, 5'3 and 90lb, 32A-B. I look so sickly thin Dodgy. Anyways, I would like to start a NBE program, and my goal is to gain weight all over! I would like a wider hip, bigger boobs and butt! What are the herbs that can help me achieve this? I would like to stay away from taking too many at the same time. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!Shy
Hi ohelinita,

I would try maca first, but all phyto-estrogens (PM, hops, red clover, licorice) should help.

Thank you Isabelle for the reply! I was thinking either that or Fenugreek. Is it possible if I can combine the two for better results? I will start with Maca Root alone first to see if I see any results, and maybe I will add Fenugreek somewhere along the line. Shy Can you please give me an idea of how much I should take, and how I should increase my dosage? Also I read that there should be a week break from Maca? Thanks again! Big Grin
When I was younger I got into a stressful situation that knocked the weight right off me. I ended up 25 pounds underweight. I ended up buying a high calorie body building drink from the gnc store. It was a chocolate milk mix that was delicious. It had lots of good vitamins and was 1500 calories per mix. It really helped me get over the hump of being underweight. Once I reached a good weight I was able to stop it and still keep it.

If you are going to buy a "mass gainer" (the body building stuff) you are much better off just buying your protein and the carb seperatley. It will save you about 40% of the price. Because you can buy bags of dextrose monohydrate for a couple of dollars a kilo. It is also known as brewing sugar (you add it when you make beer) and you can often get it in your super market.

Because that is all a mass gainer is, protein and dextrose and they jack up the price. People think they are getting more because it comes in large tubs but really you are getting a much worse deal.

Hi ohelinita,

I take both maca and fenugreek. My current doses are in my profile. I am decreasing them to below 3,000 mg. I once had an estrogen dominance problem from maca with too little fenugreek, so it may be better to start maca after you have ramped up fenugreek to 2,000 mg.

Scientific literature on maca found 1,500 mg ineffective, and 3,000 mg effective. I don't break from maca. The people who do follow Prettymama's schedule: start at 1,000 mg for a week. Take 2,000 mg in week 2, and 3,000 mg in week 3, and so on. Break for a week after week 6 or 7. Start again at 1,000 mg.
Thank you for all the helpful info guys! Much appreciated!! Smile
Hey ohelinita!

Like you, I'm also naturally skinny and don't seem to gain a lot of weight no matter how much I eat. I've found that eating "good" fat foods definitely helps! That includes stuff like nuts, flaxseed, avocados, olives, chickpeas, etc. Here are some links to healthy fat food info:

As fun as it would be to just gain weight by scarfing down junk food (as I would LOVE to do), these fats are actually beneficial to your body, so if you don't incorporate them into your current diet, maybe you could try it out and see if it works? Eating "good" fat food coupled with exercise is a great way for you to possibly gain some more weight all over and keep it at a healthy level. Smile Good luck!
