Hey, Ninjatoes here!
Well, I ran into a bit of a hiccup. For the last two months, I wasn't able to continue my program due to certain issues with my insurance and birth control. Still don't have any insurance but I really want to jump back onto the wagon with this program. Now that I have a firm grip on my cycle, I'm so ready to tackle my NBE.
I wanted to change up my program a bit and although I'm eager, I don't wanna do any harm to myself so I'm really gonna need some guidance on this, guys!
Here are my stats:
Age: 20
Height: 5'7
Weight: 125 lbs
Cup size: 34AA
No children, never breast fed
Exercise: Moderate
Metabolism(If it means anything): Fast
Stress levels: Moderate/ Casual
Cycle: Right on time
BC: Stronyx
Ninja's Program:
Hops Extract -> 2x daily, three drops in tea/milk w/ honey
Fennel seed -> 200mg 3x daily = 600mg (Morning/Day/Night)
Flaxseed -> 1000mg 2x daily =2000mg (Morning/Night)
Wild Yam-> 500mg 4x daily = 2000mg (Morning/Night)
Saw Palmetto-> 450mg once daily= 450mg (Day)
Fenugreek Extract, Borage Extract, Saw Palmetto herb in Coco Butter -> 2x daily
20 push ups-> strengthen muscle tissue (Morning/Night)
Protein shake-> once a day
Spearmint tea with milk-> Nightly
I also wanted to know if I should shift between my cycles. Previously, I had never thought to do so unless I was on my period, of which I only massaged and lowered my dosages for the days that I was menstruating. Should I continue you this?
