2. Got the bottom of two two liter soda bottles. The squiggly base ones. I just cut about two inches off of the bottom and they fit nicely on their own inside the cups. I don't need any tape or anything like that.

As you can see, there seems to be no increase. I do feel my breasts fuller and reaching deeper in my NB. I am experiencing a rather pleasant loss of weight. I do not have scale but I can assure you I have been losing inches. I can officially fit into my pre-pregnancy pants. During this last month, I noticed an exaggerated difference in the thickness of my waist, legs, and abdomen. I have almost literally gone back to how my body used to look except for the breasts. I really do not know what is going on. I have not been exercising. I am not in a diet. I have two things in mind. It could be the collagen I, II, III that I have been taking or the psychological discomfort I am experiencing. I hate living where I do and sometimes do not eat three meals a day (only two) because of that matter. When your body does not have the glucose it needs to properly function, it gets the stored glucose it has for "emergencies". This has to somehow be affecting me. It sounds cool to have lost some weight (I was US size 5 in pants before getting pregnant, after pregnancy I went to size 7, now I am size 5 again), but it is not so cool when you think about the fact that it might be a sign of unhealthiness.
Anyway, I am feeling fine. Supplements I am taking are being nice. I am so excited that I fit a Xhilaration 36C push up bra nicely
The breasts are looking much rounder than before. During the first months I noticed the breasts' growth was looking more outward than rounder. Now I feel like they growing more rounder than outward. I am still looking into other programs and see if I should change my program. But for now, I will remain in this program until I am out of PM. I have about 2 months left in it.
Just making an up date on supplements.
I am currently taking (as of April 10, 2012) the following:
Gelatin: 2 Capsules a day (after meal)
IGF-1+: two sprays a day
Maca: will be following
this routine.
I had taken Maca before, cannot remember for how long, did not see an increase but I also did not follow the dosages because I was having trouble with breakouts. Since I am taking Pantothenic Acid (AWESOME for acne), collagen, and gelatin, I am expecting no breakouts and therefore the comfort to increase the dosage as recommended.
I am also starting to exercise (butt muscles only) :p
Due to the fact that I am coming close to finishing my first bottle of PM, I was considering trying a different brand of PM. Siriporn PM is my first brand to try, I cannot make comparisons. Just as this is said, I cannot say that Siriporn's PM is not worth it. I do not know how fast the effects have to be to be considered the ideal brand, or how obvious. After looking here and there for another brand, I have decided to continue with Siriporn, due to the fact that it didn't take long for me to feel aches soon after my couple of dosages.
