Isabelle shared some really cool info and it got me thinking about soy.

For NBE, should we take soy protein, or a different type of soy product? I eat tofu - does this count? What about soy sauce?

I also found this product: http://www.iherb.com/Jarrow-Formulas-Fer...r/234?at=0

Any advice ladies?
Hi leeannel,

This is where I made up my mind about soy dose and soy products:

Check the USDA list two posts above that one, for isoflavones contents in all soy products.
Hi Isabelle & Leannel,

The whole soy thing confuses me too. I've been making bread using soy milk, it's basically 'boobie' breadSmile, and I use about 275-300ml soya milk per loaf. I reckon 1 slice is about 25-27ml soya, and I eat it pretty much every day. That's probably way too much dosage, plus soya seems to be hidden in everything nowadays, that it's hard to keep track. It's so annoying! My growth has been slow but hasn't stalled completely. Is anyone else using soya in their program at all?
