Hi ladies!

So it's been a while but I've been reading on the use of glandulars and how "likes heal likes". I have been taking BO (on and off) for over a year with little success. I was wondering if anyone of you lovely ladies had any info on adding raw mammary to the regimen?

Thanks mucho Big Grin
I have been using BO for the last three months, but don't have any info on raw mammary gland supplements. However, in my research phase I noticed this was a topic in the archives, so you might find the answers you seek there, if no one is currently using mammary gland. This part of the forum has been pretty slow/dead of late.

Just a suggestion....
Thanks, ChrisHoney. How is the BO therapy going for you? Are you doing anything else other than taking BO?
I guess you could say results are mixed. I have had increased tenderness for more than a month now and it feels like they are more substantial but no increase in the tape measure.

I have also been trying to loose weight like so many others so the increase in growth may be offset by getting more toned and slimming down. I work out 6 or 7 days a weeks, eat a pretty healthy diet with an increased emphasis on protein and lower carbs. I'm not a fan of fad diets like South Beach or the like as I don't feel they are sustainable or healthy over the long term.

This is a long term process and patience is key. I'm only about 4 months into it so it may be too early to see significant gains.
Well good luck to you! I hear eating a lot of protein is key which has been the struggle for me. Happy booby growing!
To report on Mammary glandular, here is my experience.

I took it for a good 2 months and I noticed a "squishy boob effect" instead of a plumpness.

I believe it boosted my prolactin levels and if I took it any longer, I think I would have lactated. I had no sensitivity to estrogen or progesterone till I stopped taking it.

My breasts did not increase very much and I had no luteal swelling. It was the same, all cycle long.

So the outcome was possibly high prolactin levels and lowered estrogen since when we increase our milk supply, we decrease our fat storage in our breasts at the same time.

I would recommend it for those who wish to lactate and those who have low prolactin levels.

I'm no Dr. but I am just sharing my experience.
New on this board, i join this topic to say hey to all old members of this community.
