Im getting discouraged by noogling, I get afraid when my breasts turn even the slightest bit purple cause i feel im not doing it right. I was given the XL domes, meanwhile they were too big and Lucy sent me the L's which i have been using for about a week. I really hope this works for me
does anyone have any advice or positive noogling experiences?
I think everyone's breast turn red or purple. Mine do too, but I have seen measurable growth and so far I have grown 4cm in chest circumference. I can't ignore the results. Just stick to it. I pump 3 hours per day, every single day!
Hi, hope you dont mind me commenting, it is normal for your boobs to turn red when you noogle, its actually just all the blood rushing to the area and thats good, but purple no, i mean sometimes if you over pump it does happen but in general your pumping to much, what method do you use ? try the pump and release method if you havent already, it does help if you bruise easily and find you end up purple more often than not
