Hello all my BO organic beauties!
I'm back from vacationing and I have to share my nbe routine while away. I accidentally left behind 1 of my 2 gallon ziploc bags, full of my "boobie goodies". I didn't realize it until I was unpacking at the hotel. So during our 10 day getaway, I only had my BO; protein shake mix (in pre-measured quantity baggies); and gelatin. I was of course upset that I would have to put a break in my routine. Instead, I decided to experiment during the 10 days with the ingredients I had on hand.
I upped my BO to 4050mg/daily. (9 tabs/3x daiy)
I upped my gelatin to 60gms/daily. (2 Tbsps mixed with each protein shake mix)
I increased my protein shake intake to 3x/daily instead of 2.
After everyone's feedback on whether to take BO on empty stomach vs with food vs with protein shake, I took my BO with my shakes only.
I had no other supplements, and no cocoa butter for massage. After about 4 days, I felt some extra "zings", and more fullness on the sides of my breasts. I kept staring at my boobs in the mirror, thinking....am I crazy, or am I bigger? We returned this morning, and after I unpacked and got settled, I pulled out my good ol' tape measure to confirm my craziness. Could it be? Yup.....I grew 1/2 inch! Now the hard part is wondering, is it because things were starting to "kick in", or was the 10 day simplistic plan key? Here I am again at the boobie crap table wondering what the answer is.
I wish I had taken a very beginning pic. I'm going out to get a webcam tomorrow, so I can at least take one at this stage. I am trying to decide whether to return to my regimined routine, or stick with my super simple one I just used.

Hey Organic Angel that is great that you had more growth while on vacation. Are you still taking the master cleanse? Does the lemonade effect the pills we take? I just finished doing a colan cleanse and it felt great however now I am bloated again and not going much!! I thought I would try the lemonade but was wondering if it would clean the herbs out of our system as well. I'm just starting my new routine and I don't want to mess it up.

congrats on the growth on such a simple routine!!
my concern would be that it is swelling of some sort... is that possible? you need to maintain that and build on it!!
that seems like a lot of bo... did it bother you at all?

Nice to have you back with us!! Hope you had a great vacation and congratulations on your 1/2 inch growth..that's an added bonus to the relaxing vacation I'm sure. That does look like an awful lot of bovine, but it sounds like it's working for you. I know you probably are analyzing it now though big time as to whether or not the pills are just now kicking in or if it's the routine you used while away. Maybe try it for a couple of weeks longer or something to see if you get more results??? Just remember that with high dosages of bo it seems to cause some yeast infections, like in wonderbride's case and now bountiful breast tells me the same thing with high dosages of bo.
Let us know if you progress even more on this new routine and Congrats again. YAY! just another 1/2 inch and you'll be a cup size bigger!!

I am sooo happy for you. Hope that it stays and maybe you'll have a new, simpler routine!
I will echo what the other ladies are saying, please be careful and monitor things for a yeast infection. If I was to start having too many of those while on the BB, then the routine would be ditched in a hurry and, possibly, slowly started up again after the infection clears.

Hope you had a nice time on vacation and congratulations on your growth! You will be happy to know that I bought my ingredients for the master cleanse, didn't do it and lemons went bad....bought some more and have been making excuses all week why I don't want to start. Maybe by the 3rd batch of lemons I will actually do it.

Welcome back Organic Angel! Wooooohoooo 1/2" in 10 days, WOW! I'm so excited for you. I guess you must have had a good and relaxing vacation. Maybe we should all take vacations so we can grow better...hehe
I personally can not handle that much BO per day but hey, if it works for you then great! Since I can't do that much BO or take whey protein, I guess I can try uping my geletin powder dosage and see if that helps me.

where do you all get your gelatine powder from ???? I can only get about4 tablespoons for $2.60 from the super market ???? would be too expensive to take a tablespoon a day !!!! whats your secret girls ??? love jelly....

Emmie: Believe it or not, the amount of BO I took during my vacation didn't bother me at all. I don't know if I was having pill anxiety, since I'm used to taking soooooo many pills at one time, and I had to make due with what I had on hand. But, I sure am happy with the 1/2" growth.
Chelle: Thanks for the xray tip, when traveling with pills/supplements, etc. Unfortunately I didn't see that until I returned. Interesting though. Of course now I wonder if the rest of that baggie of goodies is zapped clean of it's effectiveness. I know that anything you put in a microwave, devoids it of any nutritional value. I don't use a microwave at all at home.
Jelly: I also buy NOW brand gelatin powder. The best value is the 5lb bag.
Sissy/Holly: I did a 2 day full Master Cleanse before leaving and unfortunately it was not possible to make my lemonade while vacationing. But I've immediately returned to drinking it again, upon being back home.
I've decided that I'm actually going to stick with this very simplistic formula for a while and see what happens. I'm going to set aside my other supplements, but I will be doing my cocoa butter/vit E massages again.

well Id really like to congratulate you on your wonderful GROWTH !!!!!!!! thats awesome IM so excited for you and your gonna post photos ??? wow. thankyou organic angel and wonderbride for the jello tips Ill look into it in aus .....Ive ordered st herb caps and cream as when I tried the serum several weeks ago it worked really well on me !! then a few days ago shell came out with her pics WOW..... SO im HOPING FOR SOME EXCITEMENT SOON. then when Ive finnished that story maybe ILL go generic BO ..... I cant wait to see emmies results !!! GOOD LUCK GIRLS !!!! i think i am going to up my intake, just a bit, to see what happens. up to 3000mg a day... still going to take the other supplements and massage, but im going to check your theory.
this month my fat seems to be redistributing... not much growing going on but they are more solid... still getting some pains, so i dont think i stalled, but i think it is just moving around and settling in... so lets see if upping the dose makes them grow!
if you search gelatin on the main board youll come up with some results, anne. i dont take it, because i cant find it out here (and always forget to order it when im putting in an online order), but i think it acts like protein does and gives your body something to work with. particularly if you are skinny, it can help...
correct me if i am wrong or not getting the whole story, ladies!!
