I've changed my mind about waiting until spring to start herbs. I'm thinking of doing Wahaika's recommended program, with a few important tweaks. I'm planning to add hops, goat's rue, dandelion root, and oat extract. Do these changes make sense to you? Would you make different changes to his program in my situation? I know you consider certain aspects of Eve's program to be essential, and you seem to think some of them are missing from Wahaika's program. Im just trying to clarify your opinion on all this. Feel free to tell me to change anything or everything about my program. I may or may not agree, but I won't be offended Wink I'm not married to any particular approach.

Collagen with hyaluronic acid- 2000 mg
B complex
Calcium, magnesium, and zinc
Multivitamin

WY- 1000 mg
Oat extract- 500 mg
Dandelion root extract- 500 mg

Externals:
Wahaika's basic batter recipe, but I'll be swapping out half of the fenugreek with goat's rue. I'll follow it with heat.

I'll also be noogling, but that diesn't really affect my herbal program.

I forgot to say Ill be ramping up on the herbs of course. Not any of the other stuff. Ill also be using dandelion root extract externally, just before applying the batter. Thanks so much Big Grin
Hi mochaccino,

I don't know about dandelion root. Have you read shortcake's and Susan's experience with it? Headaches and everything. I still don't understand how that happened.

The rest looks fine: good luck Smile
