Hi there, I have recently been lurking breast nexus and finally decided it was time to post and get some advice. I am a 21 year old female who has both breast asymmetry and underdevelopment. My left breast is a small b and mildly pointy but all in all I am happy with it. My right breast is where my problem lies. My right breast is a very small a and likely tuberous. The underside is constricted, the nipple is large and puffy, and it looks much like an empty sack. My ultimate goal is to just have even breasts. I love my left breast and would kill to have the right one look the same. I am perfectly happy with a small b, I just want them both to be that. I was diagnosed with hyperthryoidism a couple of years ago and now take replacement so I am unsure of what kind of supplements I couple take, if any, because of my throid background. Also I would like to note that I am a vegetarian so BO is a no go. Advice would be greatly appreciated. I am absolutely opposed to breast implants and with stem cell fat transer being so expensive, it isn't an option right now. Thank you so much, I already feel at home here!
Hi MidwestGirl,

For hyperthyroidism, soy would be a good choice. People with hypothyroidism should stay away from it. Soy is a phyto-estrogen, but from the description of your breasts, you may be prone to estrogen dominance already. Have you tried birth control for progesterone, or fennel seed tea, for progestins? Just waiting will help too. At your age, progesterone is about to increase naturally.

For symmetry, you could try pumping. But use the mirror, pictures, the measuring tape, everything. Pumping to symmetry is advanced geometry.
Going to back up what Isabelle said Smile

I am very much a fennel tea girl, worked wonders for me. I've only been doing NBE for 5 months and I'm very pleased with my progress: the first 2ish months were spent pretty much only taking fennel tea and following Tigerlily's massage program. Her program can be found somewhere on the forum... Sorry for being so vague...

And after hearing something interesting about soy on TV the other day, I would say it's definitely not to be underestimated! Probably works just as well as PM.

I'm not a big fan of noogling because it takes so much time for slow results, but it probably is the best thing for symmetry. My herbal growth hasn't helped my symmetry at all, so if you're committed then pumping's a wise idea.

Also, my aunt has hypothyroidism and she had very underdeveloped breasts until the middle of her 20s when they grew a bit and evened out. So there's even more hope for you there! The ageing process isn't all bad Big Grin

P.S. I'm vegetarian too! Smile I was so upset about my breasts to begin with that I nearly decided to start a BO program based on all the good things I'd read about it here... I'm very glad I DIDN'T now.
Thank you both for the reply! I have no problem with being patient. I would rather my breasts even out naturally. I would be more than willing to try fennel or any of the other herbs suggested on here I am just fearful that they would increase the size of my already larger breast. I am considering pumping but being a student who works I worry about my ability to be able to commit. I want more than anything to have even breasts but am willing to be patient. I don't know what I would do if I didnt have a supportive boyfriend. He loves my breats equally even though they are uneven and one is underdeveloped. He says it is like being with two different women, as a joke, and even claims to love the smaller one more. I hope that all of the women on here have someone telling them how beautiful they are. Because you are all beautiful no matter what size or shape of breasts you have.
Another question, as a newbie here I am kind entering this blindly. Would PM cream on my smaller breast help at all or would that be something I should avoid with my previous thyroid issue?
