Hi there, I have recently been lurking breast nexus and finally decided it was time to post and get some advice. I am a 21 year old female who has both breast asymmetry and underdevelopment. My left breast is a small b and mildly pointy but all in all I am happy with it. My right breast is where my problem lies. My right breast is a very small a and likely tuberous. The underside is constricted, the nipple is large and puffy, and it looks much like an empty sack. My ultimate goal is to just have even breasts. I love my left breast and would kill to have the right one look the same. I am perfectly happy with a small b, I just want them both to be that. I was diagnosed with hyperthryoidism a couple of years ago and now take replacement so I am unsure of what kind of supplements I couple take, if any, because of my throid background. Also I would like to note that I am a vegetarian so BO is a no go. Advice would be greatly appreciated. I am absolutely opposed to breast implants and with stem cell fat transer being so expensive, it isn't an option right now. Thank you so much, I already feel at home here!

hey, i have more or less the same problem as you, underdeveloped and uneven though through lurking around the site for a while now i have been able make the right catch up with the left the tiniest bit, not the biggest of improvements but i was so surprised it worked that i was immensely pleased. what i did was change my diet to start with, i started eating more berries and having more milk and surprisingly yoghurt. (i have no idea whether the diet helped much or whether it was the psychological factor that made it happen) then on top of that i did massage with Bio-oil and focused more on the right side for about 5 mins in the morning and evening. i think i gained about 1/4 of an inch on the right side. not enough to be fully even with my left but hey im not complaining i hope i helped a little
