So I have a doc appt on 11/30 for my physical. Should I wait until then to begin UB? Should I begin my kelp now? I know I have a low temp, always have so I'm gonna do kelp. Just curious how soon to begin that before I start UB. Also I started Maca on 11/14 because I read it can give me a little bit in the back side. Well I AM a believer! I got 1/2 inch back there in 4 days, I walked around with a tingling ass 
but I did not care! Anyway I plan to keep Maca in my diet just at a lower dose not only for the booty-benefits but overall it has proven wonderful in all areas (energy, mood 
, etc.) in such a short time. Any info will be greatly appreciated it....thanks ladies! BTW I stopped the FG during the first 2 weeks of taking it. The headaches were dreadful & my hubby said I smelled like algae on wet wood
. Even the kids were shooting me strange looks. So I stunk a little, can't win 'em all.
