I now take my pm pills with protein drinks on empty stomach. Mainly for convenience, but I still feel th tingles, more than usual in fact, afterwards, so Im not worried they are being used for calories. I only take with protein or spirilina drink.
lilmissprettytis did you have any growth?I just started taking PM (3days) and I ll add some protein shakes (3 -4 day).
When did you start having tingles?
tingles usually will come after 5-7 days

Yeah I've had growth. All my bras are tight now. I will not be getting into any old ones thats for sure. Tingles increase a lot with spirilina.
