Bountiful Breast Time

Hi Gals,
I was wondering what times all of you take your Bountiful Breast pills? I was first told by Bountiful not to take the last pill after 8 p.m. Then Gigi told me I could take the last pill before going to bed as long as the pills were taken 8-10 hours apart. I was wondering if anyone else had any suggestions. Bountiful's customer service is useless and they haven't responded to any e-mails and/or phone messages.
I was also wondering what protein powder all of you are using. I ordered Bountiful's protein powder when I ordered my pills. Bountiful suggests anywhere from 30-50 grams of protein a day. They told me 1 Tblsp. of their protein powder (whey powder plus)would be sufficient and that I would only need one shake a day. Hello, one tblsp. does not meet the 30-50gram requirement. Can anyone offer any suggestions or advice? I really want to grow and am getting frustrated after 6 months of nothing but occasional tingles and soreness. I do take LT for low temp.
Please help.

I was taking 1 in the morning about 1hour before breakfast and 1 around 7pm about 1hour after dinner.
I used their protein shake but it made me really constipated. Now I use one by Swanson Vitamins and I really like it. It's the isolate kind and also has something in it to help you digest protein and it mixes really nice... not very sweet though I always add fruit or yogurt to it.
I emailed them months ago and never heard anything back. Then when I tried to call it took me ALL day to get through and then felt like they rushed me off the phone. I spent alot of money with them and the least they could do is try to help me with their product. I'm also not very happy that they never informed me of when I was given false information on how to take the stuff to begin with. If it wasn't for this forum I'd still be left in the dark. They could have at least sent me the correct directions with a letter of apology... then I might have a little more faith in their company.

BB customer service not only sucks but is non-existent! I've been emailing them for a month with no response. I called GiGi's number, which is on the directions paper, and she never picks up. Finally I called the number on the website and she said she couldn't help me with anything and that I'd have to email Christine. I told her my emails weren't being responded to and she said try again.
So yeah they're pissing me off.

Well, I think the worst thing Bountiful did was get rid of Cyd. She was the only one that would get back to me within 24 hours with an answer. Rumor has it the company is still harrasing her. The owner of the company, Kristin Roy sent me a nasty e-mail calling me ambivalent etc. because I questioned her authority in diagnosing me with an adrenal and or thyroid problem because I wasn't growing. Yep, that's right. I only put up with this *)&*&%*^*%%* because I want this product to work for me so bad. I am tired of being a small 34 B.
How long did it take any of you to see and/or feel results while taking Bountiful? Did any of you drink soda while on the product?

Hi denise! I took BB for 4.5 months and nothing happened. I too had no luck with their customer service. they never responded. and they "live online help" never seemed to exsist either. that kind of made me scratch my head as to how honest they are with their product. if they are so sure it works then why not help people who are having trouble instead of avoiding it? i never re-ordered. *shrugs*

Hi again,
I was wondering if anyone limited caffeine, carbonated and/or caffeinated sodas while taking Bountiful Breast? I drink 2 caffeinated Diet sodas a day and I am wondering if those, even though not taken at the same time as Bountiful Breast, could be contributing to my lack of results.
Has anyone tried any other brands of breast enhancing pills other than Bountiful Breast? I am trying to decide when to throw in the towel and say that these pills are not going to work for me and move on.
As always, anyone's suggestions and/or thoughts would be greatly appreciated on this end. Oh and can anyone out there tell me what BB's latest directions are?

The directions I just got for BB are:
Take one pill in the morning 1-2 hours before breakfast. And then take one pill one hour after dinner. They gave a time line of about 12 hrs between each pill. And they said if you had to tweak the time schedule to your needs then that's ok, but take 2 pills a day, 12 hrs apart from each other.

I gave up caffeine and it still didn't give me any results. I have heard just don't take caffeine within an hour of taking your pills... I think this holds true with any pills. good luck
One thing I am happy about with BB is that it did address my thyroid problem which I had no idea at the time anything was wrong with me. I thought having cold hands and feet were no big deal but now I'm finally doing some research and finding that my tiredness/grumpiness/low sex drive/small breasts are all related to it. I still have hope!

I'll type out the directions they gave me:
You may follow this schedule or choose your own schedule:
6:00am to 7:00am - take one bountiful breast pill with water. Wait approximately 1 hour before eating or taking the protein shake. Food deactivates and blocks the pills.
9:00am - eat breakfast
12:00pm to 1:00pm - eat lunch or have a shake
5:00pm to 6:00pm - eat dinner
Take any other supplements throughout the day and make sure you wait at least 1-2 hours AFTER dinner to take the 2nd pill. Nothing should be in your stomach with the pills except water!
That's word for word, then it says "If you have any questions regarding the dosage, please contact Gigi at (435) 259-9103. She is available Monday thru Friday 9:00 - 5:00pm MST."

I am somewhat confused that BB says to take only on an
empty stomach, and Ultra Breast (almost same ingredients)
says take it with food, or it won't work.
does anyone know why these two dissagree? I've not
gotten a response from BB either. That's why I decided
to switch to Ultra, but I haven't tried to contact them
yet.
So far with them, the service has been good. I got my
order very fast. (from Miami).
