Hey, I am new here and am a 34/36 A. I am starting to take 3 pills a day of Fenugreek and was wondering what kind of results to expect....... a cup size? Are the results permanent?

I'm not sure if there are many women here who have got results by taking fenugreek alone.

What needs to be done with the fenugreek? Something discreet, I am not telling my significant other I am attempting any of this.

I meant that most women who have got results with fenugreek were taking other herbs as well, rather than fenugreek alone.

The 2 most common herbal programs around here are Eve's program and Wahaika's version of Pammy's program. The two have a lot in common, but Eve's program is slightly more complicated. Your third, and simplest option is to just take Wonderup, but it doesn't have a stellar track record. Most people who choose to take Wonderup follow some version of Milani's program.

The one rule that applies to all these programs is that it's best to ramp up slowly. Rather than starting by ramping up to the full recommended dose, ramp up to a very low dose ( 1000 mg of each herb for example ), than remain at the level for at least a week to evaluate growing pains. If you feel signs of growth, don't increase your dose until they stop. Once they've stopped, increase by another small increment, and wait a week or two to see if the signs return.
