Hi All.

Just wanted to know what sort of supplements you have added that may have helped to boost the growing process on BO.

I'm taking BB for 4 months now, not much growth. I'm going to add some supplements, thinking of EPO & multi vitamins. Saw on another thread that SP can be added, however fenugreek seems to be more recognised for breast growth. Any opinions on adding fenugreek to BB?

First general questions to ask. Are you taking anything right now besides the BB? Are your temperatures in the correct range? Have you received the new instructions about taking it with water instead of milk or protein drink? Are you taking the protein and avoiding soy? I've been taking it for 4 months also, and have only one inch growth. I was taking 2 360 mgs of SP daily, recently upped it to 1200 mgs, but it's not helping yet.

EPO is said to be a good addition if you have a low body fat and high metabolism. Multivitamin is always a good thing to take. A few months back someone said that when they called BB, they were told that the only herb not to take with BB was fenugreek. But then someone else said it gave them a boost. So maybe someone with more knowledge in this area can give you a better answer. I've wanted to add that also but have been afraid it would hinder me, cause I'm due for a growing spurt any day Smile Good luck and hope you start growing soon -- Sissy

Hi Sissy, I'm taking BB and got one bottle of Nature Day fulfillment. Its very expensive so thats why I want to get individual herbs instead. Not sure about my temperature, but I'll start taking L tyrosine anyway cause I heard it can't hurt, only help. My protein is casein protein, I'm not sure if its soya, just new to the protein thing, but I'll switch to whey just in case! Reckon I'll give fenugreek a try, I just really need to see some difference! Do you think that maybe the herb route is better than BB? Just a lot of the ladies on herbs seem pretty against the BO.

Yes, alot of ladies on herbs are strongly against BO, but that is a personal preference. Whether or not it's better I can't answer. Even though herbs are "natural" we really don't know the effect any of it could have long term, even taking high doses of herbs is messing with your hormones. I'm not scared of BO, but don't want to take it forever either. What I am scared of is messing with hormones for any long period, with herbs or BO, so I'm hoping to get my growth in a year, stop, then maybe start again in another year. I take SP and borage oil, LT, Kelp, collagen + hyarulonic acid, multi vitamin, additional vit C and E plus protein twice a day. Kelp is the only thing I take just once daily, cause it says not for long term use. I actually only take it a few times a week, just when my temp is down. Not everything I take is intended for breast, but hopefully it's not hurting.

If you have read all the testimonials on BB's site, there are women who took it for 4 months with no growth, then added protein and took off. Or they started monitoring temperature and started to grow then. BB states that they will work with you if you are not growing, so you paid for the product, maybe they can help you as an individual with more info about you. They are supposed to be improving on customer response. Alot of us have been taking it without water, so we are all just waiting to see what happens now, it's been like 20 days since we got the new instructions. I'm glad you found the forum, we can all learn together, so please keep coming back. -- Sissy

Oh, and I forgot to mention that the Whey is important I think, also we are supposed to make sure it is Whey Isolate. Mine is a combo of isolate and concetrate, so it may be hurting me also, but I like the taste better and it's cheaper, but as you can see, there are so many questions....

I can't help feeling skeptical about the whole thing, I'd love to believe it will work but you know yourself there are just so many websites advertising things, that at this stage I just don't know what to believe! Thanks a mil for your replies, I'll check out your program page now!

Hi Siobhan,

Did you get the personal website I posted about the BB testimony. IF not go to the thread under the main forum. It's the thread that was created about "Does BB work" something like that. You have to scroll down some to find it as it was a couple of days, but her webpage is still under that post.

Good Luck,

Believe me, I don't think that there is anyone here on this forum that wasn't a sceptic at one time. There are alot of phony sites, and scams. Just read the programs and make a decision which route to go, then make the commitment. After giving something enough time, then you can always try other options if it does not seem to work for you. You can trust what you read here, we are all just trying to find what works for us, and as see from the programs and pictures, it does work better for some than others. Good luck. -- Sissy
