i need ur help again dear. plz help. it has been almost 1.5 years since i have been using breast massage to enhance my breasts and it went really great. but this may i started noticing stretch marks on my breasts cz i lost a bit on my breasts as NBE suddenly stopped showing results. i started it again with new spirit after a pause and started getting good results, but i have not got rid of the marks. i recently bought cocoa butter. it has lightened them but not erased them completely. plz suggest what do i do as i fear that someday suddenly the effect of NBE just stops i'll get even worse marks. plz can u tell y did it happen this way? why did it suddenly stop working. also pls tell wat precaution should i take that marks dont appear on my breasts? i am just 21 and i dont want to have these marks this early. plz Isabelle. Sorry I can't help you from my own experience: I haven't had stretch marks for 20 years. At that time, they were on my hips, from wearing speedos. So maybe you should check your bras: do you have a bra that hurts near the spot where you got stretch marks?

that's k dear! thanks a lot for replying. well, i got stretch marks, the change i had brought in my routine was that i had stopped wearing bra. i used to go braless all the time. then when i started noticing slight stretch marks on my breasts i searched for the reasons on the net. many said that not wearing bra can cause them. and there were many other posts and artilcles that said that not wearing bra has nothing to do with wearing or not wearing a bra. since then m just so confused and sad. now i have started wearing my bra again but now i have lost confidence that NBE can give me more beautiful breasts. i want to use that recipe of home made breast cream that u told me and i also want to take fenugreek and shatavari as u told. but the loss of confidence am feeling creates a fear in my mind that what if this new program give me stretch marks along with increasing my boobs. plz tell Isabelle, can i use all this? i have just got so low. thanks a lot

There is no harm in using those creams, but I still wonder why you got the stretch marks. Are you sure you are getting enough vitamin A?

Responding to NBE well means your hormone levels are good. I'm growing over an inch a month now, but I keep an eye on a dozen hormones:
- estrogens: estradiol, estriol, estrone
- progesterone, cortisol, prolactin
- dehydro-epi-androsterone (DHEA) and androgens: testosterone and dihydrotestosterone (DHT)
- human growth hormone (HGH), insulin, sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG)
If you respond well with only a few herbs, all other hormones must be OK.

well i have not used any herb till now. i have only massaged my boobs since march 2010 and saw a change of two cup sizes. i was 34 a when i began n within 4 to 5 months i became a 34 c. since then my breasts have been getting rounder and firmer, fuller constantly. and yea bigger too but not at the pace at which they first grew. this is the first time i am about to use herbs. thanks a lot for replying Isabelle and also for ur helpful replies. thank u so much. have a nice day

I had stetch marks a couple of years ago from growth from NBE and they were driving me nuts!!!!!!

Growth= GREAT but the stretch marks= CRAP!!!!!

Cheryl advised me to massage with bio oil or cocoa butter w/vit e and also had suggestion of MSM for collagen. It worked! HTH

oh i am sorry but i dint mean to be rude. plz don't think or say that u intruded. thanks a lot dear. ur suggestion means a lot to me. i am using palmer's cocoa butter enriched with vit e. it has been around 20 days. it is working but has not made them totally disappear. plz can u tel me that how much time would it usually take for my marks to disappear? they are not very prominent bu yes noticeable. how much time can it take for them to disappear? will they ever disappear completely? and does my continuing NBE lessens my chances of getting rid of stretch marks? thanks a lot for replying dear. plz guide me now too
