Are you using BO continuously?

Hello friends!

Great to see a dedicated section on BO here!

I switched to BO last month after nearly two years of limited success with herbs / Mirifem. I have to say that I got pains in follicular and have increased fullness already.

I had irregular / late periods with Mirifem / herbs, but used to stop taking them a couple of days before my period was due, which seemed to help the regularity and cause renewed activity when I started up agin on 1st day of my period.

I wondered whether I should do the same with BO. What does everyone else do? Do you continue whatever the part of the month or do you stop a couple of days before your period is due?

Thanks in advance for your responses

Anne

i am useless, because i am on the depo shot so i dont get a period... i dont know about cutting them out though... seems like it would be counterproductive...

anyone else (who gets a period) have any thoughts?

hugs and good boobie wishes!

I'm on the bountiful pills and I don't break from the pills...not purposesly anyhow. I ran out of pills a couple of times and didn't take them one time for like 2wks and another time for about 5wks.

If you feel stopping a couple of days before your period before helped renew activity as you say, then it wouldn't hurt to try that with the bo pills I would think. On the beboard it's talked about 'cycling' it's called. Where they say it's good to skip like either day1 or day14 from NBE just to clear receptors and give your body a break. You could try searching for that topic over there...http://beboard.proboards107.com.

Good luck to you on bo!!

Hi Michelle

Crazy thing is that my period came today - so I didn't need to break afterall! Perhaps things will be more regular with BO?

Thank you for sharing your experience.

I think I will try breaks at some stage if things seem to stall. But at this point I feel very positive about my results. Tenderness all through the month and pains at the beginning - and definately more fullness.

Fingers crossed I am on the right road at last!

How long have you all been going?

Anne

Happy for you that 'aunt flow' came to see ya!! Smile Yes, maybe things will be more regular with bo. I know i've never had a problem with that on the bb pills, my periods have always been regular though even beforehand.

And congratulations on feeling some pains goin on and seeing some fullness...that's the first signs. Smile

I just recently took a 3 day break at the end of november..just a spontaneous decision at the last minute. I felt like I needed a cleanse with all the stuff I take and I had been back on the bb pills at the time for 3months with not much growth goin on (3/4 inch). I took milk thistle and used progesterone cream for those 3 days. Now I'm having more pains again, at least for the past few day so I really feel the break helped.

I've been going now 9 months total (excluding breaks). A long time. Smile I'll probably be willing to stay at it for another 9 months to be a total of 1 1/2 yrs. I know puberty doesn't happen overnight so I figure at least within that time I should be at my goal or well beyond it. Smile

Good luck to you and hope you see some measurable growth soon!!

Congratulations on seeing some fullness and feeling tenderness through the month! Sounds like you're getting off to a great start and are on your way to boobie growth. You shouldn't have any problems with taking BO continuously. I took a break for a couple of weeks once but only because I went on vacation at the time and didn't want to be taking pills. I've had no problem taking it without any breaks. Good luck with growing big ones. Happy growing Smile
