Hey all,

I have been taking the pill form of fenugreek, fennel seed, wild yam, and dong quai for a while and I'm thinking about trying the liquid extract version. Has anyone else gone this route? did you notice faster results? any side effects?

Do you mean by taking interally, or applying externally?

I meant internally.

I take liquid extracts from greenbush, fenugreek, wild yam and saw palmetto. Not the extract blend, but the three separately.
I don't know what my growth would have been with capsules because I never took any. I HATE taking pills! So, I'm happy with my results (About 2in since April-I also used topical booby batter or PM cream). Good luck!
