I'm Mia, petite 5'3, 107 pounds, 32B. I've been trying my hand at NBE since July 2011, where I started with Natureday, mostly externally. I had about an inch of results... but probably could have had more if I knew what I was doing!
I've already done quite a bit of reading on here, and the old BEBoards.proboards.com website. I've decided to continue with the ND cream and liquid externally, but I am starting to take fenugreek, fennel, saw palmetto, wild yam, oregano oil, and flax seed oil individually, ramping up slowly starting with just FG.
My goal is to get to a 32 C or D.
