Hello everyone,
I am new here. I read a lot of info here and very happy. I only took FN now. 1000G*2 3 times a day. My body seems to respond to it. Sore and swelling. I just have a question. It seems according to Isabella's chart. Day 1 to day 12 should more estrogen. Day 15 and after should be more . Is fenugreek a estrogen or e progesterone. If i take, should i take from which date to which date?
I also take MSM and chicken feet? can I take everyday? thanks a lot.
and weird thing is, although i have small breasts due to weight loss, my breast respond to even cheese burger.
  • Steroidal saponins (amplify all hormones): fenugreek, goat's rue, shatavari, wild yam
  • Connective tissue (raw support materials): MSM, chicken feet, collagen, tendon, cartilage, etc. Omega 3s and copper play a lesser role too.
  • Phytoestrogens: PM, hops, red clover, soy
  • Progestrones: Synthetic. No herbal sources but vitex and dong quai encourage the body to make more.
  • Prolactin: fennel, vitex, many other nursing herbs that aren't steroidal saponins.
  • Anti-DHT ("bad" testosterone): saw palmetto, flax (also source of omega 3s)
I've seen fenugreek called a phytoestrogen, a progesterone, a galactalogue similar to sources of prolactin, and even a source of testosterone in men but really I believe it amplifies whatever is in you already. All 3 things you mentioned should be fine on any day. Things from the 3rd-5th categories maybe not.

Animal fat tends to concentrate xenoestrogens from pesticides and other pollutants in the animal's diet, and are dangerous estrogens to be avoided whenever practical. Can liner in acidic canned foods, polycarbonate and paraben preservatives are other common sources.

When it comes to phytoestrogens, the best ones I've seen or used is Pueraria Mirifica or Aguaje. PM best brands: St. Herb and Ainterol. I grew near 3 inches off PM with anti-androgens (off and on, couldn't afford it some months) over 8 months (but before that I had been taking estradiol-ethinyl/progesterone w/ anti-androgens). That's where all my current growth came from over the course of transition.

I had better success with Licorice (as anti-androgen over the counter) than Saw Palmetto. At times, I had groin pains with licorice, as only anti-androgen. In fact, I engulfed bunches of it when I was waiting a week or so for my PM.
