Have you had any growing pains, or sensations?

For you ladies that have grown on BO, have you had any growing pains, sensations, etc? I had tons of them on herbs, though no real growth. But now on my 8th day of BO the sensations I feel are far less and different in nature and they are fleeting it seems, so I was wondering if that is any indicator as it is suppose to be with herbs.
Are you suppose to have growing sensations while on BO?

I do have sensations time to time..some days I dont' feel anything. But, I do get the tingles/little pains and sometimes a feeling that my skin is stretching and twitching and even some burning sensations (very rare). I do know that my sister was on natureday before and she said her pains were like strong, sharp shooting pains and mine aren't that strong in nature like that, then she tried vitamin power bo for just a bit, but didn't stick to it, but before she started I let her know that she probably wouldn't feel pains with the bo like she did with herbs and probably would be more subtle. And she told me I was right, that she felt sensations with the bo, but not like with herbs. So in her case the pains were different in severity.

Also I was reading your program page...did you do a cleanse in between all the things you switched to? Cause if you didn't and just jumped from one thing to another that may have your system confused a little...know what I mean? Also did you feel more sensations on the 2000mg of bo before you ramped to 2500? I would say if you had pains/sensations more with the 2000mg then to stick with that dosage...maybe?? SmileJust trying to help some. If you're feeling somethign though on the bo I would say that it's a good sign and give it just a little more time, cause the pains seem to be different for me depending on what part of the cycle I'm on also. Breast wishes!!

I get "icy-hot" feelings after the first week & 1/2 to 2 weeks into the cycle. Then they get full and sore. It's the same as it felt on herbs, for me.

I did do a cleanse in the time that I waited in between trying something new. I didn't just go from one thing one day to something new the next. I am feeling more tingling sensations and occasionally a pain or two, but it is way different from what I felt on the herbs. Like your sis, the pains were comparable to that of breastfeeding. Very noticable, too bad they didn't mean more results for me. Sad Oh well.
It must be the nature of the herbs that cause the pains.
Yeah, I think it is going to take a long while to notice any growth realistically, but I was wondering what I should be expecting as far as how I feel.
When I started out on the single herbs Wahaika from the BE board suggested that I really base my dosages according to the amount of pains and sensations I was getting, example, not feeling many pains, then up the dosages, but BO doesn't seem to go that way. It sounds like a person could be growing regardless of whether or not they are feeling any pains. And I am just starting so it probably takes a while to get the message to my body (hormones are here! let's do puberty!) Smile
Thank you for letting me know, that's why this separate forum is great because each method has different aspects to it.
Now if you could only solve my problem of the moodiness when my period is due, that would be great. :]

I have the same moodiness sometimes before aunt flow comes to visit...not bad all the time, but sometimes feel like I could rip someone's head off or just 'wishing' someone would make my day like clint eastwoood..."go ahead punk make my day!' Smile
On those days I do dab a little progesterone cream on my wrists or neck and I feel more calm after that.

That's good that you did cleanses in between. Now I don't know about all the ladies here that are on bo, but for ladies that have written me in the past about bountiful breast....the ones who didn't grow were the ones who also didn't have any sensations whatsoever, nada. And they had been at it for 6-9months some of them.

Just keep thinking your'e growing...like Wonderbride's affirmation...you're breasts are growing fast and easily! seems to be working for her. Smile

Breast wishes everyone!

Yeah, I should try thinking thoughts like that, it's hard to have a thought to myself though with 5 kids and a husband. And I thought about downloading the subliminal message thing for the computer, but I everyone in the house uses this computer so... I don't think my husband and sons want to be growing breasts. :]
Maybe I could get it anyway and put some message on there like..."You will be sweet all of the time and give your wife anything she wants. You have the overwhelming urge to dote on her."
What do you think?

THat's a great idea! Smile Oh if only if were that simple for them to follow our commands and be the perfect husband...I would have those messages flashing 24/7 I tell ya..forget the boob subliminals, I would have a new mission and much less work trying to talk and communicate my needs...cause that definitely doesn't get anywhere..men are definitely from Mars! Thanks for the laugh, that was cute! Smile And God Bless you girl with 5 kids..and I think I have it tough with 1 sometimes..HUH! not quite...on the subliminal messages for your husband you need to include "I want to give my wife several breaks" "I will watch the kids" "My wife enjoys her alone time" Smile

we are getting to be dangerous women, thinking we can control the minds of men! (Isn't that what we are doing anyway by growing our breasts larger?) Soon we will have world domination sporting large boobs and smiling sweetly while they scramble to please us.

SENIOR MEMBER Hey girls! February 24 2007, 3:11 AM

You girls are funny. It put a smile on my face reading this post. Lassysam, I know what you mean about the different sensations/soreness level between herbs and bo. I did herbs before the bo and although I got plenty sore from it, it was mostly water retention and a pms symptom. With bo I didn't feel as much at first and then only right after I take bo for about 30 min to an hour after. I don't think I started growing until I was in my 3rd month and slowly at that. It probably didn't help that, at the time, I figured since I'm Asian that I'd probably grow slower. Now I think boobs are boobs and mine should grow just as fast as anyone else. So yes, the mind and your thoughts can become or not become things. Don't worry, I'd say what you are experiencing with the bo is quite normal. Everyone is different some experience more tingling and soreness from bo while this girl that e-mailed me before, who's taking BB, said when she started, she didn't feel much of anything but grew 3/4" in 2 weeks. So anything is possible.

For husband and others around you, the affirmation "I am appreciated" may produce some positive results! Wink Good luck everyone!

love & aloha

SENIOR MEMBER Hello Wonderbride! February 24 2007, 11:04 PM

So why would being Asian mean you won't grow breasts as well, if you don't mind me asking? My mother never told me that races made a difference so I grew up thinking we were all the same, just in different colors shapes and sizes so I have a hard time making these distinctions. Smile It's still not important to me. I guess the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence though because I have always admired women of other colors and shapes than my own, but my husband tells me he is happy with ME, the way I am. I am lucky he loves me. He has a good heart. I just like to joke around about getting him to be a better husband. Smile
I think that you should be proud of being Asian (I'm not saying that you aren't proud, just that you mention it) I think Asian women are lovely and I'm sure that you are very beautiful.
And thanks for the information, I have now come to the conclusion that BO does not cause the same aches and pains that herbs do. But that doesn't seem to mean that it is any less potent.

By the way, wonderbride, I think you must be a saint after reading over your affirmation suggestions! I'm sure if we all would think positively instead of the negative thoughts we feed ourselves our lives would go much more smoothly. And I thought you might want to know, I am going to try your suggestion of thinking that my family and husband appreciates me.

Me, a saint, not really... I just just try to keep spreading positive and reinforce positive so I can keep MYSELF in check! I got the "I am appreciated" affirmation from a web site that has daily positive affirmations: http://www.vitalaffirmations.com/daily-affirmation.htm
I only found this site recently and I have it bookmarked. The reason I remembered it is because it short and I really liked it when I read it. Now why didn't I think of that or come up with it myself? lol So you see, I can't take credit for these affirmations, I just borrow it and spread it around. Smile

I guess I got the impression that asians might grow slower when I first started NBE. I did the search engines and went to numerous websites that were selling formulas and I would read the FAQs from different BE websites(including BB). Some would say that asians who's used their products reported growth but slower than caucasian. For some reason, they think black people can grow pretty fast. Now I don't believe that anymore and I think BE companies are not helping their clients by even hinting anything of the sort. We're all so vunerable to begin with wanting bigger breasts and all. Then to implant some info like that in our brains thinking we're not going to grow as fast and therefore we'll probably have to be on it a long time and buy more of their stuff. Once I found this forum, I found out that it's better to come up with your own individual routine anyway. Also watching the movie "The Secret" also changed my way of thinking a lot. That movie has even been featured on Oprah's show recently.

I'm very comfortable being asian and I think all people and races are beautiful. We are all beautiful as we are only we often strive to improve ourselves. Take care and happy growing!

love & aloha

Hi Lassysam. I asked the same question in the beginning...I kept hearing talk of growing pains and didn't know what to expect. I normally have the kind of pains or sensations that you get right before your period, and there have been a few time when I realized that I haven't felt much for a couple of days then it starts right back up again. In fact, I haven't felt anything in two days, but am getting used to that and not freaking when it happens like I used to.

I'm glad that you survived your first week of BO without any problems, that's a good sign!

Yeah, it's a mirracle isn't it? Smile I am amazed at how good I've been feeling! So, my mood has been pretty good too. My sense of humor has improved and I have had more energy. I even went for a walk today! I think I've found a routine I can stick to for a while without feeling like I am suffering through it. Spring seems to be here now and that is doing wonders for my outlook on life. How have you been doing? Is it warming up where you are?

Yep, I think spring is on its way here, the two feet of snow and ice is starting to melt and it supposed to be in the 50's this week. I'm hoping to start walking this week. That's great that you are feeling so good, I hope you found what works for you, just be patient and keep thinking positive! -- Sissy

SISSY, I am so glad it is getting up into the 50's for you this week! We are not quite there, but the snow is melting here also and if it's not windy it is warm enough for a walk most days now.

WONDERBRIDE, about that movie "The Secret". Is it depressing or sad? How new is it? I was wondering if it was out for rental yet. I don't like sad endings though, especially now that I am so emotional from all these hormones! laugh! Smile

The movie "The Secret" is not sad. It's not a fictional story. More like a documentary with real life stories and experiences. It is life changing for me. It talks about the Law of Attraction and how it can apply to everything in life. You can watch free trailers at:
http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=the+secret&search=Search

I don't know if it's available for rent. The official website is at:
http://www.thesecret.tv/

You can order the movie or depending on your internet speed, you can watch it online at $4.95 per view. I think it is about 1 1/2 hours long, or maybe a few minutes longer, so give yourself plenty of time if you're going to watch it online. I highly recommend it! Follow the steps described in the movie and you can attract what you want in life. In our case, bigger boobs is one of them. lol
Let me know what you thought of it after you've view the movie. :-)
