I've been reading a lot of the really helpful and informative posts here and now that I am about to start NBE again, I would like some help from you guys.

First a little bit about myself:

Age: 22
Sex: Female
Current Size: AAAAAAAA? (very flat....)
Height: 5'3'' (160 cm)
Weight: 100 lbs (45 kg)--I've always been kinda skinny
Race: Asian (Korean)
+ Never been pregnant
+ I have tried NBE twice before; first time I used Breast Success and the second time I used Breast Active. I stopped after two months for each program, because I didn't see any result and I lost patience, but I am determined to give it a serious try this time for at least 6 months.

My mom also has rather small breasts but at least she can feel A cups. I'm not hoping for a miraculous change or anything. I just want to be able to fill in A cups and actually go to the beach and have fun without worrying about wearing a bikini!

I think I read from Isabella's posts that fenugreek+fennel+saw palmetto were useful only for women who lost their size after breastfeeding, and for people who need to actually 'grow' breasts, they need something stronger such as PM or hops.

As for PM, I have 32 days in my cycle (a little bit longer but still within the normal range I think) and I am a little reluctant to use PM because I am a little scared by how PM can mess up your cycle. Also, I don't know if it was because of Breast Active pills, but when I stopped taking Breast Active pills, my periods were irregular for two months.

I read that many people were recommending Eve M's program for the one that involves hops and I am thinking of trying Eve M's program. I have a couple of questions though:

1) Do I have to start taking the herbs from day 1 (first day of period)?

2) I think Eve M didn't take any breaks for 18 months. Is that what I should do too? Or should I take it for two weeks and then stop and the resume on day 1 like PM?

3) Some of the ingredients in Eve M's program don't seem to be available in easy-to-take forms in www.mountainroseherbs.com. I know you can grind the seeds and flowers using a coffee/seed grinder but I'm in living in a dorm and it's not really easy to do that. Does anyone know where I can get good quality hops powder, oat seed powder, flax-seed powder?

4) Could someone explain, or refer to a thread, that explains why Eve M's program is supposed to work? I know a bit about Fennel and Fenugreek, but when I look up info about hops, it says it's sedative and it's recommended for people who can't sleep. Also, what are Barley grass, Bere (or Alfalfa), flax-seed and oat seed supposed to do for NBE?

5) Although I am a little worried about messing up my cycle, I am also interested in trying PM. How do I decide whether to try PM or hops? Also, if I choose to take PM (I guess Ainterol), what other supplements should I take?

Welcome here. Below are my answers:

Where to buy depends on where you are. Are you living in Korea? I take hops flowers dried, not powdered. I use plastic containers with a lid, because they smell. I buy them in an herb shop, but home brewers' utility shops sell hops too. Where there's beer, there's hops. You can buy oat flakes in the breakfast cereals aisle of the supermarket, and broken flax seeds in the organic foods aisle.

How Eve M's program works is explained in my program thread. In short: Fennel is a phyto-progestin. Fenugreek increases prolactin and progesterone. Undigested hops contains xanthohumol, an anti-androgen. Xanthohumol digests to 8-prenylnaringenin, a phyto-estrogen. Barley grass contains an anti-androgen (azelaic acid). Bere (or Alfalfa) is in the program as a source of folates. Flax seed contain phyto-estrogens and another anti-androgen (Secoisolariciresinol diglycoside). But flax increases Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG) over time. Oats decrease SHBG, and are a source of vitamin B6 too.

I take hops because PM increases dopamine, which makes some people euphoric. Other people tend to get depressed from hops. PM messes up cycles, and it's not clear yet if it's always possible to restore fertility after that. Take PM with 10 g of L-arginine daily for fast results. Add a multivitamin with > 50 mcg vitamin B12, 200 mg vitamin C, 25 mg iron, 2-10 mg vitamin B6, 12-35 mg zinc, and 400 mcg folic acid. If you don't get these vitamins and minerals from a multivitamin or from your diet, you can get them from natural sources like in Eve M's program.

I am about to start eve m program too. I just aksed her whether we should stop in period. and her answer is no. she never take any breaks.
so i am not sure whether i should stop in period and resume once period full stops . since before, what i heard is , anything, like massage, essential oil, pills, we should stop for period. ps: i am asian, some infor i heard is in my culture. thanks for nice reply.

Eve M didn't take a break while she was on her program for a year and a half and I won't be taking breaks either. Actually herbs and other pills finally arrived and I took them for the first time today. I have to admit that some of the herbs in powder form do not taste very good... but I will have to learn to like them I guess.

I know, they tast so bitter. why u choose to follong eve m not using PM?
I know PM is the most potent herb out there but I heard about it messing up with people's menstral cycles and I didn't want to risk it. I already have a longer cycle than most people (32 days) and as people typically experience longer cycles when taking PM, I didn't want to risk it. Besides, Eve M saw wonderful results with her program so I'm hoping for something to happen to me too.
Hi beachgirl and kittylovepiggy,

I am thinking about starting EveM's program also but I am about to start birth control too. I've read on this forum that people have had success with BC and HBE but I still don't quite understand how it works.

Does anyone know if I can take BC and HBE at the same time without any breaks?

I feel like I'm already taking so many different types of herbs but I'm thinking of adding saw palmetto after a while. Oh and also flaxseed oil capsules have arrived but they are so gigantic that I cannot really swallow them :/

HBE = Herbal Breast Enhancement

I'm probably going to add PM and saw palmetto to EveM's program when I start and a multivitamin.

Maybe you can grind the flaxseed capsules in a blender?
