So I purchased ultra Breast online, and finally received it (YAY), but I want to make sure I know what I'm doing before I start taking it. My temperature is 98.36, so I don't THINK I need to take any supplements to raise it. If anyone has any information about that, I would really appreciate it. Smile
I know that with UB, you need to take t least 99 grams of protein a day, and I'm wondering what I need to eat, and when I should eat it in order to achieve this. I think I should be consuming protein shakes, but I'm not sure which brand to take. Also, I have whey protein power; would that be an option? Also, should I be taking the capsules three times a day with meals every time?
Is there anything else I need to know before beginning? I'm on birth control, but I think it's okay taking it with UB.

Thanks for any replies! <3
As far as temp 98.2 and above is fine, so if your temp is staying around where you say, you should be fine. I wouldn't supplement for temp unless it's needed.

For protein, what you can do is what I did, map out your daily diet and keep a diet diary/journal. For examples of a daily diet diary of my own check out my program page, it's in the picture pages, sorry I know there are alot of pages there but it's easier than me having to repeat myself all the time on some things that take alot of typing lol. Basically what you do is find out how much protein you are eating at each meal time. For example, if you have some chicken and veggies for lunch, you will have to find out exactly how much chicken you consumed, the size etc and then determine how much protein was in it. This is easily done via a google search, there are many sites that can tell you how much protein is in what. If you are eating something with a nutrition label on it, even better. Just read the label to find out how much protein is in a PORTION, now just because it says what's in one portion does not mean that's how much you normally eat. On somethings I eat 2 "portions". For example, tuna, I use a whole can to make sandwiches for lunch, so I have to see how many servings are in that can then determine how much protein I consume combined for that lunch. Understand? Yes whey protein shakes can be used as supplementation as well if you can't get the recommended amount in your daily diet. But believe me once I did the diet diary I was shocked at how much protein I already consume! There were very few days I needed the protein shakes.

I personally recommend using a whey protein isolate type shake, I used NOW brand non-flavored protein isolate and I would mix it in all kinds of things, smoothies, chocolate milk, soups, baked goods like brownies (yes you can cook with it!), sprinkled it ontop other foods, etc. etc. Whey protein power, is that a whey protein shake mix or a protein bar, either way I think it would be fine if you want to use it.

Yes, it's best you take UB at meal times. Like one at breakfast, one at lunch, one at dinner, etc. Some say it should be taken on an empty stomach, some say while eating, others say after your full... I personally don't think it matter either way as long as it's taken 3 times per day.

And yes it's fine to take while on BC, I took it just fine with the pill and with the nuva ring, had no problems whatsoever.

Thank you so much for responding Anastasia!

And I am so sorry it took me so long to get back to you. Your advice was so helpful to me; I've been using BO for about 3 months now, and Noogleberry for about 6 months now and have noticed growth, especially on my 6th month of the program. I outgrew both my medium domes and large domes, and I'm now using the large contoured domes with the XL. I find the XL fit better for some reason...

I've also started incorporating some breast exercises. I've been following:

I'm hoping to firm them up a little.

I also found an article on BreastNexus about how cocoa butter mixed with vitamin E can increase breast size. Here's the link if anyone's interested:

So I definitely want to start incorporating that into my daily routine. I'm just not sure what brands I should use, or if they should be 100% raw.

Well, again, thank you SO much for your advice! I'm seeing results, and I'm hoping to become a full B cup in the next 6 months!
