Is anyone else using progesterone cream as a part or as all of their program?

So far I have used progesterone cream, 50 grams whey protein and recently large amounts of vitamin C (vitamin c is a precuror to collagen in our bodies).

Due to concerns about adding estrogen to my body (I suffer from Estrogen Dominance) I am unwilling to try the BO. At first I was fooled by BB saying they had a formula using the luteal cells of bovine ovary, which are the progesterone producing cells. Now I believe they use the whole ovary, which would likely be bringing in estrogen.

I have made gains using first 20mg of progesterone cream, then increasing to 40mg in order to combat the estrogen dominance syndrome. I now am using 60 -80 mg per day, which has caused me to feel like my breasts are gaining size (heaviness and tingling). My studies have shown I am in the safe range of using progesterone.

There has only been one reference in my studies that talked about progesterone and breast growth and it stated that large amounts of progesterone could cause very large breast growth - but said it would not be permanent. I did not find this one mention to be complete. How much is a large amount of progesterone? Why would the growth not be permanent? If it took a large amount of progesterone to make the breasts grow, would a moderate amount maintain the size?

Based on my breasts response I would recommend this to those who have tried other NBE without result. Read about estrogen dominance. Although estrogen is important to the breast, too much can have a negative effect, not only on the breast size, but also on your health.

Again, maybe not for everyone, but I think some may benefit.

If anyone would like to share their experiences I would appreciate it.

"I just wanted to mention to you also, have you thought about maybe just adding Maca to your routine? The reason why I ask is because you're already using progesterone cream and I read on a site by Dr. wong where he talks about using progesterone cream and Maca for breast growth. I'm just curious since the progesterone cream seems to be working for you, if it would also help you to add the maca since it helps to ensure ideal levels of everything (progesterone, estrogen, DHEA, testosterone, human growth hormone)."

I still use it off and on. I'm coming to the conclusion that maybe it is not really doing a lot. I think that the actual massaging it in process makes things plump up for a bit, but that is all. I'm probably not going to buy any more of it when this jar runs out.

thanks for the info. I bought some, but reading further led me to find out that it may interfere with the estrogen's effects. Maybe without BO or PO it would work. How long have you been at NBE? If you don't mind me asking! I have since November.

about 6 months. I have complicated my effort by also going on a diet at the same time. I have managed to add 2 inches during that time though. Still not busting any bras yet :-)

OK, I have been experimenting the last couple of days.

In the morning I apply the cream to the right one, to the left one, and to the *ahem* lower one.

All day long my boobs are "plumped" out and my nippes are on high alert. I can feel a burning sensation/soreness in my nipples & boobs just like there is growth going on. To anyone looking at my shirt I appear to be quite cold :-)
I measured last night and I have an extra 1/2 inch while this is going on. And my skin smells nice where i put the cream on.

In the morning the plumpness/soreness/size is gone. It seems to be a temporary effect. It is quite pleasant while it is occurring though.

I seem to get a lot more mileage gooping up the lower area than I do just putting it on the chest. I slather it on, even on the "boys". I didn't put any on this morning and there is no plumpness, burning, or anything else going on. The last two mornings I did apply it, and had the symptoms as described above.

That's great! It is good to have something happening. It is a bummer when time drags on and there is no growth, stalling is aggrivating.

I just got a Noogleberry. There doesn't seem to be many using Ovary supplements AND a suction device on this forum. We'll see what happens!

I tried the cream again today, and i'm experiencing the same effects that I described above at the moment. I just had a little shiver and I could cut glass with my nipples at the moment. It is kind of novel, and a shame that the effects are apparently only temporary.

That is so so weird cause I was wondering the same thing this morning?? Don't take my word on this but it seems like when I first found this forum which was about 1 month ago, I remember seeing a comment about the cream being used over the breast as long as the PM and BO wasn't both taken internal. Just a thought but seems like it won't hurt as long as the PM was used as cream and the BO was taken by mouth.

Anybody with more knowlegde please, please let us know.

On the main forum. If you are using it as a cream topically it is ok with other herbs & stuff. But you wouldn't want to take PM internally with other herbs, because the other herbs weaken the pM. Soooo I would venture to say that the same rules could be applied to BO...but I'm no expert either...isn't this all so confusing and fun???

I bought some of the Blossom-s soap...and started using that, and the next day was experiencing some serious "puberty" symptoms. I just got my PM cream..so I will keep you posted. Many girls have used the pm and said (if it is the good kind) that it is helping them. However, it is pretty strong and you have to beware of side effects...

for about the past month i have been using bo internal and pm external, and i think the pm has made a difference! i use the soap once a day and the cream twice a day, and i love both and they have not had any problems interacting with the bo.

im about done with bo... about to switch and try pm internally too. it might work, it might not, because i am on the depo shot, so we will see, but i have four months of pm pills before i would come back to bo...

You can use pretty much any breast cream you like with BO. Shouldn't interfere at all.

I'm on Bountiful Breast since 2 months, and was using Some sort of breast enlarging cream thats made of Fenugreek oil. i have heared that mixing Bovine Ovary and Phtoestrogen might stop me from growing my breasts, i know its just cream but both pills and creams go through the blood stream, right?, i havent grown any inch Yet, but i need to make sure that im not doing anything wrong here!

thats what i want to know, too. i started Bountiful Breast and in 1 month i gained 1/2 inch. the seconed month i included massage in my nbe routine. i massaged my breasts 3 times daily with some cream made of fenugreek oil and other estrogenic oils, i ddnt see grwoth this month, i dono if its the cream im using

I have been using fenugreek extract on my smaller breast and it seems to be getting smaller and the bigger one is getting bigger. I am not sure why this is happening. So now I will stop massaging and see what happens or perhaps I will only massage the bigger one so the smaller one can catch up. I have been taking BO for about 2 weeks now and seeing some fullness overall but I was also wondering if massaging with the extracts may be bad with BO. I am also taking Vitex, so I don't know if this will impact my results.

why you smaller breast getting smaller? maybe you were massaging outwards that techniqe is used to decrease the size, you must massage inward rotations.

I AM massaging inwards. When I was taking the herbs, I was massaging the same way and was growing. Now that I am taking BO and Vitex it appears to have the opposite effect. I will stop massaging for now and see it that helps or makes a difference.
