Do you think its the grow yours method? In the FAQ's its states that once you stop you keeep your gains it makes no mention of maintenance
Testimonials sound good (if real)
Just putting it out there for your thoughts, has any one tried it?

Have not tried it. Just by the way it looks, it seems like a site that I was looking at about a year ago. Breastenlargementvideo.com. I asked if anyone had tried it. It seemed no one had. Yet on just what they are saying it sounds alot like Growyours.com. That's what I may try. Many girls on this forum were trying it a few months ago. They all seemed to have results. I am just not sure if the results were permanent. They are exercises.(more like massages) that stimulate lobes as in pregnancy.

sounds like a massage method, but says 1-2 min a day. so that's not gy's

Id give it a try but i live in the uk and the video is only compatible for us ntsec users!! Its a pity they dont offer it as a download!
Might try limewire lol!

Bull**** product if you ask me. The video is most likely only gonna tell you to do palm rotation and show you some lymph drainage techniques. Massage is very important if not even cruical to NBE, but it takes a lot more than just that to grow breasts. And they don't seem to know an dyme about NBE.

that site method uses 'bio imagery'
it's about changing your subconscious image of yourself, the way you think of yourself, and your body will respond
the techniques increase blood circulation to the chest using specific mental imagery and relaxation alongwith improving your self-image and your body responds by growing
it's based on research etc
it takes about 20 min to read and follow the instructions (if you're using the book, or you could listen following the audio or video) and then once you get the hang of it, relaxing and increasing blood flow you can do it in 1-2 min a day (i.e. relaxing and increasing your bloodflow in the chest in 1-2 min)
I wish they'd give more specific info on their website without you haveing to actually buy the product (I bought the book), but I guess they don't want to 'give it away' till you buy...
