I am a 40 year old woman with a 40B chest. I used to be almost practically flat chested and wore 34AA when I was thin through most of my 20s, but from 30-40 I had gained so much weight that my breasts got only slightly bigger then sagged. I am 5'8" and weigh 205. I was looking into BO and wondering if the sagging can be helped by this product? I am even unsure what can be done at this point. I started growing breasts about age 8, but by age 12 nothing more happened. Its almost as if I was stunted. The other thing that annoys me is the nipples have always pointed slightly out to the sides and its practically flat down the middle of my chest with the fullness going into my armpits mainly. The nipples don't fill out much anymore after losing weight. They are sometimes dimply when I raise my arms. If I try BO, can it fill in these spots? The other concern I have about results, if any, is my weight loss regimen. I have been dieting and exercising to try to get fit again. Will this be counter productive with the BO results? Is the fat loss going to ruin the breasts look or make them sag more? The sagging is a concern because I have dropped 35 pounds since the beginning of August from mainly swimming exercise & change of eating habits.

Any experience from anyone that has sagging and used BO would be greatly appreciated.
Congrats on your weight loss that is alot of weight to lose in such a short amount of time!

Now as far as BO working to firm up sagginess... in my opinion I don't think a supplement alone can. I think it needs to be combined with massage and pumping with something like a Noogleberry, Brava, etc. I was empty and saggy when I started NBE from child birth and breastfeeding. I think mine firmed up best with supplementation PLUS massage, breast exercises, AND pumping (I personally use a noogleberry). I was a 32AA when I first started. I'm now a 32D/32DD I'm kinda between sizes right now.

I definitely think you can exercise/lose weight while on a NBE program, exercise induces HGH naturally, which can help aid in NBE. Just be sure to increase your protein intake so it can be used for breast growth as well.

As far as which type of supplementation would be best, that's up to you to decide. I've done herbs and BO, grew on both, I haven't tried PM yet though. So just read on each one and decide from there, but BO is a good option. I grew a good bit on it. It's good if you have a high protein diet. Just expect to go back into a 2nd puberty with it haha.
Anastasia, thank you for you reply. Yes the dramatic weight loss was a shock to me also. I don't understand why, but eating doesn't affect my weight as much as exercise. As I start moving around the weight drops. I have often times wondered if this strange biology and possibly a hormone imbalance of some sort might have been why my breasts were not developed to begin with. The exercise has made me feel very youthful again.

I have been doing some more reading up and it does appear that my breasts are tubular, although they aren't too severe. When I was skinny they were just pointy with no fullness anywhere, and mostly all pointy nipple which was the dominant part. I never understood why the nipples were like cones and not like other women's. Getting overweight was the only thing that made them look anywhere near more normal. You would think when I got so heavy that they would have fattened up a lot. LOL Instead my body was big and my breasts didn't fatten up. Buying bras has never been fun. My band size is large, but I can only squeeze into an A/B bra.

Anatasia, you did mention that I would go back into puberty. I am hoping when you say that I can perhaps grow the underdeveloped mammary glands in so the shape looks like normal. Then I could then worry about filling in with the fat its supposed to have around it. At the very least, if I don't get a bigger size I am hoping they look like breasts and not the bizarrely pointing things they are now. I have been made fun off all my life for being small chested and never wore anything nice. I kept them covered up. hehe I have never been able to wear anything low cut or hold up any of the fashionable clothes that require breasts to cling to. I so wish i could go up to a C or D then I would be happy. You have encouraged me lot with your positive reply, so I will be looking into BO and the NB thing when I am able to. I am hoping BB is a good choice because that's the one that keeps catching my eye.
