So, when having low progesterone I should use natural progesterone cream. But what if I have high progesterone? Then what?

And re. estrogen, what if that is low? What can be done? Or if it is high?

For high progesterone, you may need to decrease something. There may be phyto-progestins in your diet, like thyme, oregano, or turmeric.
