Here is a program I am going to try.

To start I am quitting all caffeine. Will be using apples instead to stay awake.

Use Tigerlily's massages with cocoa butter mixed with vitamin e oil once daily.

Use heating pad after massage for 20 minutes to increase circulation.


I am going for a complete hourglass figure here, so I am also going to be putting fish oil mixed with vitamin e on my butt daily.

As for exercise I will be attending cycling classes three days a week and running up a stadium twice a week.


Current size: nonexistent for both!

Not yet.

I'm taking something else right now (for other reasons) that I am afraid might interfere with the herbs because one side effect of it is increased testosterone Sad.

Hopefully by the New Year I can quit taking that so I can try out the herbs.

Will keep you updated on how this works.
I dont know what you're taking or why youre taking it, andI wouldn't want to accidentally steer you in the wrong direction, but have you considered taking supplements that would help convert some of the excess testosterone into estrogen? People take evening primrose oil, and borage oil for this purpose. Normally they take about 3000 mg evening primrose oil, and use the borage oil for massage. Apparentl y you also need to eat at least 90 grams of animal protein, especially red meat or eggs. This combination is meant to give you the precursors your body needs to make estrogen from testosterone ( estrogen is always made from testosterone). I don't know if it would be safe for you to take an androgen blocker as well, but saw palmetto is a common choice.

Of course if you want to be extra safe and avoid messing with your horomones altogether, you could try some non herbal methods. I happen to be doing a non herbal program right now. I've heard very good things about msm, green papaya powder, vitamin b, and vitamin c. Unfortunately I cant support it with my own personal experience, because I haven't been taking them long enough. Dont forget, pumping is always an option too. I hope this helps Smile
UPDATE 1!

Fish oil works!!!

I had to quit using it because of the smell though. Only do this if you know you aren't going anywhere for awhile and are willing to take 5-6 showers after it soaks in and wear ragedy clothes while applying, sleeping on it.


The massages have made my breasts firmer in just a couple days. That's really promising for growth.

No herbs yet...will post when I start taking them.

Update 2.

Accidents make the best kind of messes.

So I was experimenting with heat and massages and I got kind of lazy with one thing I was experimenting with and only did it to one boob because I honestly didn't think it was going to work. Well come to find out what I did must have worked because now one boob is bigger than the other!!! I'm like damn this is bad, but it's also good because it means they grew! Growth is not on the edges yet but more rounder on the bottom and fuller in the middle. I have yet to get that "cleveage effect" but then again it's only been like a week.

So this is my routine.

Products I used:

2. Vitamin E Capsules: (poke them open and use goo) I got 1000 I.U instead of 400 I.U (I don't know if that makes a difference. Just letting you know because there was no link to 1000 I.U. I did buy both from Walmart though)http://www.walmart.com/ip/Spring-Valley-...t/10533013

3. Heating pad - It doesn't have to be the back one but I did use this brand. Just for reference.

Routine

1. Do first round of massages with vitamin e and lotion. Use lots of vitamin e. Between each massage put on some more. Lotion more just used for preventing redness. The more vitamin e the better.

First round massage cheat sheet:
Make a first. Use knuckles to rotate in circles. 20 times each
Slap up with palms. Alternate right and left. It should move up. While slapping make sure your fingers grab some too. 50 times each
The Claw. Put fingers around like a claw. Pinch inward. Do not get the nip. 20 times
Hold up and squeeze together like you are pretending you have cleavage 10 times

Put your left hand on the bottom to push up (as if you would to make them bigger). Massage in circles with right hand. 20 massages each side

Push backfat to front.
Using knuckles to pressure points

2. Put the heating pad under each breast for 20 minutes. Make sure you are pushing them up like you are pretending you have clevage for best results. It's a pain to hold them up, but if you want results it's worth it.

3. 2nd round of massages. Dry. I don't use vitamin e or lotion for this one. It's posted here

I also take 1 Vitamin E capsule daily after a meal. Doesn't matter which meal, just that you take it after you eat.

And I do chi massages in the shower 360x for each one. I shower twice a day so I do that twice a day I guess.

I'm gonna try adding the heat pad and Vitamin E (for eating, not only as part as my massage)

I'm so happy you're getting results, I also had good results with massage, made my breast fuller and more round >w<

And today, I'm kinda confused, because I've been using a bra calculater and it tells me that if I grow around my breast only 10 cm, then I can become a full C cup. So, I'm only 10 cm to become a cup..and even thought it sounds like so little (only 10 cm) it seems so though!
