I'm brand new too, but my googling/ searching etc said that you shouldn't wear your bra after you massage, in bed, or if you can avoid it at all. Now i hate not having one on, cause i feel like a 12 year old boy....but if having it off will help them grow, then needs must.

And tight tanktops? I wear them often instead of a bra because without something covering my nipples I feel naked... Or should everything be loose?
