Hi, i am sure this has been discussed before but I would like to know if any of you current BE ladies have experienced any size or color changes in the areolas.
I know part of it is genetic but
I have just noticed darkening and maybe a little larger in mine(progesterone)
I want to find out if you think noogling, herbs, BO, etc. had something to contribute to your changes.
P.s. based on my research, I think PM is one of very few herbs that doesn't have that precursor or effect. Please let me know if you have experienced other wise.

I too have big areolas but they did not grow during NBE. I did Brava and I know some girls claim it enlarged their areolas but it did not happen to me. my areolas did however become lighter in color afterwards but they were quite light before.

I totally hadn't heard of the lightening effect! I guess I will have to see for myself.
I just remembered years ago with my 1st attempt, I made the mistake of massaging not only my whole boob but my nipple too one tooo many times on one of them and then I noticed the nipple stayed hard for a couple of days and enlarged!
So I know how one can enlarge nipples (I wasnt going for that but that was too easy)
I am just hoping its not that easy for the areolas
But I searched on the net abit and found out many men love large and I mean diskette sized areolas! Lol
So I am not gonna harvest on it to much.

Well..I've experience my aerolas become a little bit bigger, but at the same time..so has the rest of my breast tissue.
So I think, in my case, the size of my aerola is proportional to my breast.
I have not had any change in the size or shape of my areola's I will say though that when I get awesome swelling my nipples sometimes will enlarge, but can reassure you that when I took my NB break for the summer, by mid summer my nipples were normal size again, so it's not a permanent thing for me anyways.
