I do a dry chi massage, using the Wii-Fit.
I try to do the Body Test every morning to keep a weight record. I then do a 10minute step exercise on the fastest speed and use the rhythm and tick-tock to count the rotations for me. I used to try it on my own but
always lost count. This way is easy because you get into the rhythm and it does the counting for you
I mostly do chi massage and I add a little bit of Tiger Lily's massage (at least what I understood of it), to unblock my chi .

My favorite massage method is Chi massage with vitamin e oil and cocoa butter.
