Hey guys

Have a few questins here. How long do u take milk thistle for? Is it just a few days, or do u take it like all other herbs?

Msm: what is the best brand to buy? Powder or caps? Does carlson have a powder form? Is it true that that is the best to take?

For milk thistle, I'd say for best results take it at a minimum of a week. But you can take it daily with the rest of your herbs, if you want. Alot of people use it for a limited time like 1-2 weeks.

All I can say about MSM is that powder would prolly be better since it's easier to absorb than caps.
