Hello,
I just wanted to introduce myself and start off by saying I'm SO impressed by the wealth of knowledge contained within this site Smile
I've recently begun exploring the concept of NBE and for the last 2 weeks could only find advertisements for breast pill scam sites. I'm happy to see real people posting their real programs and success stories. Smile

But with that said, even after browsing the forum for hours, I'm still CLUELESS as to what to do for my own nbe.

So here's a little background info:
I'm 19. Began puberty at 11.
I'm 5'9" and an average weight, though I am somewhat health-concious and trying to slim down a bit.
My breast size is a 34B and I have NEVER been happy with them!
I'm certain I have a mild case of tuberous breast deformity. My breasts look normal when my nipples are erect, but naturally the areolas are puffy and create a pointier look rather than a round smooth breast shape.
That fact alone makes me very insecure, much more than my actual breast size. Sad

I had my hormones tested after coming off of a horrible bcp, and everything was within normal ranges. Which was actually surprising to me. After starting bcp my breasts have become slightly fuller, but not enough to cause a change in bra size.

Anyway, I really really really want to begin nbe but I have several questions:

Apparently I'm too young for herbs? Why is this? I'm 99% sure that my breasts won't do any more developing within the next 2 years, so why wait until I'm 21?

If BO is ok to use, what type of growth/side effects can I expect? Is there a way to apply it topically so it only targets my breasts? (I want to avoid weight gain in every other area except the breasts, and weight gain from BO/herbs worries me!) Progesterone cream interests me, but so far I haven't read of anyone on the site having success with it.

So far, I've begun doing the Chi massage but have only done it for about 2 days. I'm not expecting quick growth from it.

One more question: I've been experimenting with bcp to find a pill that works best for me. I've been dealing with recurrent UTI's, yeast infections, and genital irritation since I've begun bcp. I wonder if for some reason, being on the pill has caused me to have an estrogen deficiency? Does anyone have any knowledge on this subject? However, my breasts grew slightly upon using bcp, so it doesn't make sense that my estrogen would be deficient.

Anyway, as you can see I'm pretty clueless. :/
If anyone has any suggestions for a program I could begin with, I would be very grateful.
Any input will help!

Thank you, and sorry for the huuuge intro post Blush
Welcome Laura,

Is the bcp a combination pill, or a progesterone only?

Try this test, and fill it out a second time with what you remember from before the bcp. Is there a difference in the outcome of the test?

You are too young for herbs, and your development is normal so far. At your age, you have mainly estrogens. They grow the milk ducts. Your breasts become conical and the areolas puffy. In the next four years, certainly with the bcp, progesterone will develop glandular and alveolar tissue, and round your breasts out.

Check your diet, to help your development in the years to come. I wrote a short check list in the second half of this post:

I hope Mel (itsjust4fun91) or Anastasia find your BO question.
Isabelle,

Thanks for your reply!! Smile
I'm sorry, but I think I missed something. What was the test you were referring to?

And to answer your question, I use the combined pill. Progesterone-only doesn't interest me because it has a slightly higher failure rate as a contraceptive.
I've had trouble with the combined pill though, and I wish I could figure out why.

To be honest I disagree that my breasts are developing normally! But thank you for your positive feedback.Tongue
And yes, I too hope that Mel or Anastasia find this thread! I've read through some of their posts and they could both give me some insight.
Sorry Laura,

I forgot to post the link:

We use this test only to track changes within the same person. Google lists of symptoms of estrogen dominance or androgen dominance if you really want to know.
