Just taking the time to introduce myself and figuring out how to get started. So here is my story.
I use to have some decent size boobs, 34 C in high school until I started to lose weight. I dropped down to a 34B. Even though I was smaller, I still looked like I had bit of chest.
But I became a runner and now I am flat as ever. I last measured at 32 B, and those bras are getting a little loose. I am afraid I have dropped down to an A. I've became extremely self conscious about my image, my team members on the XC tease me a bit about how flat I have gotten and as much as I know they are just joking it is a bit depressing and I do want to cry about how "less" of a woman I am. I thought about getting breast implants, but at the age of 22 I don't think that is a wise idea.
I stumbled upon this website is filled with information and I am just overwhelmed with where to begin! I've looked at personal programs, but most of the terminology has stomped me.
I'm not looking to get huge boobs, that would not feel good running 13+ miles. I would be content being a full B... I just want to feel like a woman again, not like an 11 year old.
I'm really excited to start this little journey of mine and I hope to get results! I just need a little bit of direction of where to go from here.
