Well, been doing some liver cleansing and it's almost time for my period. So I'll be starting my program soon...

Age: 22

Measurements:40-31-44

Weight: 156lb

Besides growing bigger boobs I also wanna lose weight...this is tough to do, but not impossible, right?

So here's what I got:

(All capsules)
Collagen type 1 and 3
Multivitamins
Hops
Maca
Fenugreek
PM (Ainterol)
Turmeric (dunno if this one will help, but it does something, right?)

The idea is to take hops,FG and maca days 1-6 and then take PM days 7-12....I'm not entirely sure what to do about 13-28, take FG maybe?
The multivitamins and the collagen would be pretty much everyday.

Oh and I bought an unscented cream and added WY, SP and FG extract to it, to see if it helps.... I also have a heating pad, should I use this?

Oh and for weight loss I'll be exercising and drinking coconut oil.

Well, I've started today. Gonna take measurements every Monday or so...

Been having technical difficulties lol. Anyhow...I've lost 2 pounds but I dunno if that's enough to take measurements. The only difference I see is that my boob are both pretty much the same size. One used to be significantly bigger than the other lol.

Would it be a good idea to add l-arginine to the program? Would it hinder weight loss or something else?

Sounds like a good programme losing weight and nbe are hard to do together but not impossible. make sure to keep your fluids up so that your weight loss is not just water and to keep your boobs well inflated.

lol Not looking good for my boobs but at least my rib cage is half an inch smaller too. I got lots of places to lose fat from so this is ok I guess....
