Ladies, what is your favourite bra? One that gives your cleavage without too much padding.

Also what is your favourite lingerie in general, pretty and feminine designs.

My faves:

la vie en rose has got to be my fav bras, just the right amount of padding but not too much:

I have this one bra from them that is amazing, even though I am currently only an A cup, my boobs have amazing, amazing cleavage with this bra and even my bf is like "wow your boobs are HUGE" !

Lingerie Picks:
La Senza

Provocateur

i'm not sure how i feel about the bras that adds two cup sizes. when you're being intimate with your guy, and you eventually take the bra off, doesn't that only make your boobs appear even smaller (because you're used to seeing the larger boobs on you)? unless you leave the bra on the whole time?

my fav bra of the moment is Calvin Klein Perfectly Fit Satin Scuplt Balconet Bra

i also like the Timpa lace demi bra

if i have more spending money, i would love to buy Provocateur and VPL. but at $200/per bra, it's hard to justify that kind of spending.
Gorgeous Blonde--

thanks for starting this thread! It's exciting to see cute bras from places other than victoria's secret. i checked out the "la vie en rose" website and the bras look gorgeous! which one is the one that you recommend and say makes your boobs look huge?? thanks Smile
It was similar to this one but lacy and not giving cup size but cleavage: http://www.lavieenrose.com/webapp/wcs/st..._DoubleGel

I agree about bras that have way too much padding, the best thing a bra can do is give cleavage, but not be overly padded.

Funny thing is I used to wear very padded bras, and my bf was shocked when he found out I only had As, he felt so cheated LOL, but now I am working on my NBE program.

if you don't mind me asking, what was his reaction when you first took off your padded bra? when i was younger, i sooooo dreaded the moment when i have to take off my padded bra revealing my tiny boobs. i would shy away from opportunities with guys because i didn't want them to know i have tiny boobs.

now that i'm older, and wiser, i know i wouldn't want to be with a guy that would walk away after seeing my small boobs. when i'm with my guy, i'm braless more often than not and that's much sexier than wearing a heavily padded bra. i totally agree though, that a not heavily padded bra but still give you cleavage is the sweet spot. i'm thinking of giving the la vie enrose bra a try. is it called the double gel bra?
His reaction was shock, but he didn't love me any less or anything, he did pay for all my supplements to grow my breasts now though! He wants naturally large breasts.

Mine is a gel bra that gives cleavage, but the double gel bra is the one that gives cup sizes and cleavage I believe. I bought mine at the store not online.
A cup is pretty much the smallest size at which a heavily padded bra might work. Once you get into the AAA's and smaller, cleavage becomes literally impossible. For the unfortunate ones, such as myself a racerback is infinitely more useful for creating upper bust fulllness than padding. The bra still has to be lined (made out of that stifff foam) or have a small amount of gradiated padding. Anymore than that and it looks like superglued small bowls to my chest Wink Ive tried all sorts of expensive bras but luckily, the best by far was from Walmart. Its the l.e.i. brand (yes the crappy jeans company). It's a racerback with gradiated paddingand a very diagonal demi cup shape. Unfortunately, it doesn't come in AA, so you have to buy an A cup but get one band size. too small. Im actually a triple AAA, but i find this more useful as a concept than a cup size, since it's usually not possible for the cups of a AA bra to be made any shallower. If you ewant to get a band size that actually fits, VS Pink lined (not padded) pushups in AA are good, and they can be great if you combine them with one of those "instant racerback" strap clips.
thanks mochaccino. what program are you on now exactly and how is your progress? Send a link to your program page if you have one please.
GeorgeousBlonde, btw my post wasn't directed at you, just at those people who are frustrated with those "add 2 cup sizes" bras, cuz their too damn flat chested for them, lol. Anyway, to answer your question, I don't have a program yet, but I'm absolutely dying to start one. I'm trying to loose a small amount of weight, but also working out hard to become more fit, and increase my muscle mass. I'm not looking to be Miss Olympia, or even to have a visible six pack (ewww!), but right now I'm not fit AT ALL, and I'm tired of looking like a slim marshmallow. Anyway I'm trying to wait until I reach a reasonable level of fitness before I begin BE. When I do start, I will most likely follow Wahaika's recommended plan exactly as written. I briefly considered doing a PM based plan, but there were just too many questions about how exactly to go about it, so I went back to my original plan. How is your plan going lately?
I favor PM because of the great results it has produced specifically the Japanese women, Chiyomilk, who grew 2 cup sizes per year:

I am very sore when I take PM days 7-13 and days 18-24 on my menstrual cycle. The rest of the time I take Saw Palmetto.
