I just noticed that my protein powder contains soy lecithin.
It is the body fortress brand that I got from walmart.
It also says that it's a blend of whey concentrate and whey isolate. I know that whey protein isolate is what we are supposed to use when on BO and not whey concentrate. I didn't realize mine was a mix of the two, I just assumed it was whey protein isolate..silly me! Soy is also not recommended with BO.
Should I get another protein powder? Or is mine still okay?
Mixture of whey protein concentrate and isolate are actually cheaper than the pure whey protein isolate. Take it if you don't have heavy lactose intolerance. It will also work just that absorption and BVI are lower.

About soy lecithin, most of the protein powder has it. So it is normal. It is not the whole soy bean so is ok. It is just an extract of a type of nutrition.

Hope it helps!
