I'd like to find out what people that have used PM have expereinced when they have stopped using it. I'd like to hear from short time as well as long time users.
Please tell me how long you have been using PM?
What Brand you were using?
How Much were you using?
What Physical Changes did you experience once you stopped?
Did you "Feel" any different when you stopped?
Did you Experience any feelings of "Missing" PM?
How did you stop taking PM .... gradually or "cold Turkey"
When you stopped did you immediately change over to something else or did you use nothing for awhile?
