Water and Weight Loss


Water is useful when we are trying for losing weight. Water suppresses the appetite and helps to reduce the body fat. There are lots of study materials about how water help in reducing fat available online. Study shows that if the intake of water in body is less then this will increase the fat level in the body.

Water plays a very important role into the basic body function. Taking fresh water is the key for healthier body. Intake of fresh water helps most of body function like clear and healthy skin; weight loss; reduce the level of cholesterol into the body.

According to a report published in the Journal of the American Dietetic Association, to be well hydrated, the average sedentary adult man "must consume at least 2,900 milliliters (12 cups) fluid per day, and the average sedentary adult woman at least 2,200 milliliters (9 cups) fluid per day, in the form of noncaffeinated, nonalcoholic beverages, soups, and foods".

Water is associated with the function of digestion and absorption of food in the body. Water is also helpful in the proper functioning of lever. The basic function of lever is to metabolize fat into the energy.

Drinking enough water helps many medical ailments: chronic fatigue, allergies, depression, digestive problems, urinary tract problems, constipation and more.

Water is helpful to flush out the harmful toxins from the body and many more thing like which is given below:-

? Control over the body temperature.
? Lubricant the joints of the body.
? Flushing out the waste from the body.
? Maintain muscle stimulate.
? Taking proper amount of water optimize the functioning of the body.

Water helps us in weight loss. Often times hunger is disguised as thirst. If you think that you are hungry, drink 8 to 12 ounces of water instead of grabbing a bag of chips. Wait for about 10 minutes and see if your urge to eat doesn't "go away" To curb your appetite prior to mealtime drink a glass of water prior to eating. This will help fill you up and provide the hydration your body needs to run efficiently!

There is no side effect of intake more water into the body. There are more benefits which directly help to lose weight loss through water intake.

? Water maintains and encourages proper kidney function, which increases the efficiency of the liver's fat burning ability.

? The person feels more hunger than the person who takes more water so water also works as an appetite suppressant.

We can intake water into various ways like in the form of juice, tea, coffee and any liquid thing which we can drink.
