Hi there!

I am a newbie. You have probably heard of a lot of similair experieces to my own but wondering if anyone can help me...

I am 26 years old, never ever had very perky boobs even since I was younger. They are small and have no volume and are pretty saggy, think it was mainly caused by my posture when I was younger as I have never had any serious weight lost or anything else that could have caused the sagginess. I have always hated my boobs but the thought and cost of surgery scares me alot! Over Christmas I found out about Breast Actives. I read review after review and only seemed to find a few stories that weren’t successful so though I would give it a go. I bought the 6 months supply and am now on my 6th month of pills cream and following the exercise regime and have absolute NO change at al! Absolutely gutted as I spent so much money on them. Also In all the reviews I read that you could get a money back guarantee if they didn’t work but I cant seem to find this anywhere on the site. A couple of people have to said to me that BA started working for them after 9 months so not sure whether it would be worth buying another batch? Cant really see it happening though. Has anyone else tried breast Actives and did they see results? Can anyone recommend anything else that may work for me? I have had a quick browse of the forum but am complete baffled as to where to even start. I Hope there is still hope for me that is not surgery

Any help would be great, Thank you guys

Hey ladies ... My friend is really impressed with my results and wants to give it a go but she has had a nipple surgery so she has small hardly visible scars on her areolas that she doesn't want to get bigger. So my question is ... do you girls think it is possible to use Brava with a nipple cover to prevent it from happening? I have never used anything to cover my nipples so I don't know if it would work.
I am in my 4th week of Brava and was nervous about possible nipple changes so I am using blister bandaids to cover my nipples during Brava time. My Brava coach recommended them because they stretch and won't cause irritation. I have had good luck so far - except this morning! I let myself really itch after my Brava time and my skin is very irritated - I won't do that again.

From what I read most women don't experience changes to their nipples but I don't want to chance it.
In both my cycles I haven't noticed any nipple or areola changes. I never even wore any protection for my nipples. My friend is not exactly worried about her nipples/areolas but the scars she has. Brava can make scars bigger and more visible. So we were wondering if wearing protection might prevent it.
My nipples got a lot bigger from doing Brava! I was not happy about that, but obviously about the increase in bust size.

@miriam: According to your Brava coach, the plasters will prevent your nipples from becoming bigger?

I lost weight (at least 12kgs) and my boobs got quite smaller (but it seems to me as my nipples didn't). Had no success with herbs so far and might get into suction again. However, I really don't want to increase my nipples even more.
I tried the stretchable blister bandaids a few times but always ended up with some irritation around the edges of the bandaids that I couldn't stand after a while, though they kept the nipple swelling down. My nipples always swell a lot and get very hard. Once I tried putting the bandaids on in the morning so the skin is already stretched and they wouldn't pull on the skin when the breasts swell the next night but the bandaids wouldn't stay on...they were big but maybe even bigger ones would work. I imagine regular nipple covers would just pop right off. In the end I just put up with the nipple swelling and I do think my areolas/nipples have gotten bigger. I don't mind that actually, after the hard swelling goes away, but they get dried out too so I put cream on them.
My coach didn't say anything about the benefits of covering my nipples. I just said that I was definitely doing it and she said: "Well if you feel like you have to, try the blister bandaids" Scar tissue is a different matter. I would speak with a coach or dermatologist to find out how to protect yourself.

My main concern is nipple stretching as they have already been somewhat stretched by nursing and I would be unhappy if they stretched even a little. My areolas are small and I wouldn't mind if they grew slightly. Don't the areolas grow just from the breasts growing in size?
Hi Cousin Rose,
Congratulations on your success with Brava! I've been reading and have been encouraged by your posts for some time now. I had surgery about 10 years ago to remove a benign mass which turned out to be a lump of hardened breast tissue. I had a small incision under and around my left areola. I have a barely visible scar. I am on my second cycle with Brava. I have very small nipples and I have not experienced any nipple enlargement--other than right after I remove the domes. They soon return to their "normal" size. My scar hasn't changed in appearance at all. I have never used any nipple covers. I know every woman's experience is unique, but I thought I would just share this as it might encourage your friend
Thank you so much for your input girls. I have told my friend everything you have told me and now it is up to her what she does. Not everyone responds in the same way so there is no way telling what will happen but at least kiagirls scar remained the same.

I am glad Kiagirl that I could encourage you, this is such a hard process and very important to have some encouragement and especially in the beginning.
I had a thought when I read this post- if your friend needs nipple surgery and is interested in a larger size, why not just get implants since she is getting nipple surgery anyway? Isn't the areola one of the most common entry points?

Hi ya'll!!

Newbie here not new to NBE tho, went from Homeopathic meds, to the pill, to Brava, to Noogleberry and still no growth had a lot of hope with Noogleberry but the boyf didnt like the idea of me pumping my breasts like that, had to take an oath to never do it again! lol

Anyways, i'm on some new programme now consisting of fenugreek capsules (3 times daily), bustea (well i try and do one a day but it tastes so gross that i nearly throw up half the time), i listen to blake talks every night, the rockmelon ringtone (for 10 mins, 3 times a day), and i massage (300 rotations, takes around 10 mins, twice a day - yylang yylang oil, geranium oil and almond oil) and thats pretty much my daily routine...

My instinct tells me its the massage thats doing the best bit of growth, ive been doing this routine for little over a week now and i feel bouncier, ive never felt bouncy! I found this Magic Massage Bra by Pangao over ebay which i thought would oomph up my massage, it only cost like £8 and i got it in the post today... tried it out and it is very.. urm... pleasureable.. lol

throughout my journey, i havent really felt any kind of "tingling" sensation, im hoping this builds up with this bra! I have felt a kind of pinching sensation in my left breast, and i hope to god that one doesnt grow so fast cos im kinda loopsided (left breast is like an inch bigger than the right). my paranoia suggests my left breast is broken... lets hope not!!!

Has anyone ever tried this magic massage bra? Is it any good? For that price i hope it doesnt break on me lol...

Anyways, little bio about me:

Age: 22
Height: 5"4
Weight: 63kg
Bust: 32A - but i like to wear 34A to look bigger, tho i dont fill them out the slightest
Children: One day!

P.S Ive been taking pics of my breasts so once i get to a significant enough growth, i will show you guys a before and after...

ciao for now xxx

I've not experienced this, so I'm not the best person to help. I would suggest that you wear it for the minimum of hours, also keep in mind you can miss up to a week after the 12 week mark and it will not undo ur hard work as you've already done 15 weeks and then you can start up again. I had to do this due to skin problem and it was worth it.
Another thing I forgot to mention is if you're wearing the crop top that comes with brava it might not be helping. It tends the push the domes inwards and can feel like more pressure on the sternum/ ribs. Yes the good thing about when u get past 12 weeks is that missing time doesn't set u back weeks, its more like a holt to proceedings! Someone on here told me that brava explained that to her (sorry your name has slipped my memory). She'd worn it for 14 weeks, then she took a week off, and wore it sporadicly for another 6 weeks and got more growth from those last few weeks.
Wait until your skin is a bit more comfortable then concentrate on airlocking really hard - if you've got the domes on tight enough you can ditch the stupid bra!

I slept on my side without the bra in the narrow XL and they never fell off because they were on so tight.

After that I pretty much only wore the bra when I was working out in case the sweat loosened the seal - then I'd shower in them, take them off and wash them, get out of the shower dry the skin and the domes, cover myself in evening primrose oil(don't bother with the Brava brnad stuff), dry the domes with kitchen roll and pop them back on!

I know how you feel. I was able to do a full 15 weeks with avg. of 13 hours per day and then I developed pain in my ribs. I also developed a swollen lump on my ribs underneath and a hard painful lump next to the sternum. The Brava coach told me that once you have gone that far, missing up to 6 days will not set you back and then you can continue if you are able. Unfortunately, I stopped for a week and was able to do a few more days but could only wear very sporadically over the 6 weeks after that but it only amounted to about 10 more days during that additional six weeks. It was just too painful even without the bra zipped up and I had to stop. I have been done for about two months now. I kept some growth. Not a huge difference but the bras are more filled out. Fortunately, the two painful lumps and swelling did go away. I was worried they would be permanent. It is hard on your body and some people just can't go as many weeks as they would like. I only used the sportbox and did not use any extra manual suction but it does take its toll over time. I had hoped for 20 - 30 weeks but couldn't make it. Anyway, to the average person they wouldn't be able to notice a difference (I had hoped for a full C), but I am less deflated and they do look better when I look at my before and after pictures. The great part is I can sleep on my stomach again and I'm not as obsessed with my boobs even though I miss the great swelling. Weather is too nice to start again now. I may or may not try again in the fall.

My advice to anyone considering Brava - wait until colder weather and enjoy your summer because even with great swelling that you would love to show off in little tops and a bathing suit, you might have rings around your boobs where the domes sit (I did for several hours afterward). I also didn't want to show them off at work and have others notice me deflate throughout the day so I hid them anyway. My husband did get to enjoy them though! If you are lucky enough that the rings fade and you can show them off, wear sunscreen or you'll have obvious marks around your boobs. Good luck.

This is a long post...I'm sorry!
(29yrs, 5'5, 115 lbs, AA/A boobs, no kids)

I am seriously depressed about my tiny boobs and my bodies reaction to estrogens. I started NBE in March until mid April. I ramped up maybe too quickly going up to 2 575 mg Fenugreek and 2 575mg Fennel a day within a few weeks ...I felt like I had stalled. I skipped one day with out pills and my boobs felt super tingly. On the advice of Wahaika I lowered to 1 575 Fenugreek and 1 cup of Fennel tea and my boobs felt soooo tingly. I was getting married soon and I felt impatient and wanted bigger boobs faster so I decided to add in 1 575mg Wild Yam capsule to the equation. I noticed my boobs were getting less tingly every day..I only took the Wild Yam for 5 days and by the 6th day I felt like I was going to have a stroke. I developed green veins all over my body, especially my hands and feet and spider veins. Both sides of my family have circulatory problems...my veins were not prominent before but I had sluggish circulation at times. I had no idea estrogen made your veins weaken!

I was feeling better with my circulation after 4 months off of the pills and noticed that a lot of my spider veins were gone so I decided to try the NBE again...this time starting off super slow. I added 1 575mg Fenugreek and by the 3d day my circulation was TERRIBLE and i felt a strange, icy tingle all through my body...like when your foot falls asleep. Anyway, I stopped taking the pills right away. 3 weeks later I started a new birth control pill (Ortho-Lo) with Low estrogen and I only took it for ONE day and my circulation again is TERRIBLE...felt like i was going to have a stroke. I started getting a few more visible veins on my temples.

I've been doing the boob massages but I dont know how effective this will be without any hormones added in. My health is more important to me than having boobs. What the heck can I do?? Any advice please?? :-/

Ok, so I'm somewhat new to trying NBE and need help setting up a program. First here's my stats:

Height: 5'3"
Weight: 120 lbs.
Under Chest: 28"
Above Chest: 32"
Across Chest: 33 1/2" (sometimes 34" depending on time of month or how loosely I'm holding the measuring tape!)
Waist: 25"
Hips: 34
Age: 29

I've had 4 kids and breastfed them all, so I have the typical deflated, no volume disgusting boobs and nipples. As pathetic as it sounds, I literally am in tears sometimes haha! I'm very fit, have a very rigorous exercise routine, and eat extremely healthy. So it's extremely discouraging when I work so hard to have the rest of my body look good, but am stuck with these gross boobs. To be honest, I would go get breast augmentation surgery in a second, but I don't the money for that! I even tried birth control pills hoping for the growth that some women experience with them, but they made my blood pressure go up, and made me feel so sick I had to stop them. I also have some breast cysts.

For the past 4 months I've been taking Breast Success. I've had periodically had lots of tingling and sensations, but have had little to no growth. It also has given me AWful acne, severe mood swings and irritability, and hot flashes. I've also been massaging twice daily with Jason Wild Yam Cream which I add fenugreek extract to. I've been very faithful with the massage and supplements, so I'm frustrated with the lack of results and am ready to try something new. Cheryl on the forum here recommended the Noogleberry, so I ordered that. I also ordered Palmers Cocoa Butter Breast Firming Cream, and figured I would add the fenugreek extract to that as well and switch off and on b/t that and the wild yam cream for massage. I also was looking into the Bustea tea...they sell tea bags on the Greenbush website. Has anyone seen results with that?

If anyone has suggestions, I would really appreciate it. The main things I want to improve are: firmness, volume up top, and I want my perky nipples back!!! Haha

Haha

I have been scrutinizing using BO for like a year!! But now I feel that I’m ready to bite the bullet, I decided to use Swanson, its more expensive than ultrabreast but I feel more confident about the source.

18.
5'3"
56kg
bust 87 cm so a 34B (recorded it when it was 10days before my period so its likely to be swelling)

Morning
Bo 500g
Pituitary 80mg
L tyrosine

Afternoon
Bo 500mg
Pituitary 80mg

I’m taking herbal life milk shakes which contain 9g of soy protein per shake so I’m taking two and also 2 protein bars which contain 12g of protein each, so I’ll be taking at least 42g of protein a day, I think that’s ok? Ive heard you have to take 99g but being 56kg that’s unreasonable I would have thought?

I bought the L tyrosine in powder form; my temperature is currently 98.0 according to my armpit when it needs to be 98.2 at least? I was thinking would it be detrimental to breast growth? And should I add kelp? But I read somewhere that you should add 0.5 degrees so is my temperature 98.5?

I’ve started BO on day 16 of my cycle (I know this cause I have this ipod application that works out when your next period is going to be and so on, its SOO useful because I suppose NBE can effect your cycle)

I’m starting low with 1000mg of bovine ovary, so I can gradually ramp up, I’m planning on adding msm but I don’t know if it’s necessary.

I am a noogling slacker but I have made it my aim to make sure I pump 30mins 3 times a day with large and snoogling with medium domes. I am really going to commit to NBE!! My aim is a FULL 34C …..perhaps 34D….. now I’m dreaming!

I started NBE on April but was not persistent I used PM and fenugreek, I went from 81cm to 85, I’m not sure if the 87 is swelling??? (hope its not!!!) I stop fenugreek and pm because it was too strong (Anastasia916 said I really shouldn’t use it because it can mess up your cycle-it did! I stopped using it and after amonth my period came back to how it used to be. It scares me the idea some people used 1000mg! I only used 500mg! ( next time I’ll listen) :blush

Attached a picture of my boobs
also if you take BO to you take it on a empty stomach or with food?
I was wondering, if someone got the large domes instead of medium, what difference would it make to the outcome? Would it be neccessary to have the medium domes to start with, or would the results be the same if you were using the large domes first?
I don't know. The problem I have with domes is keeping them clean.
You can order directly from Brava and they will help you in figuring out what size domes to begin with (you will give them a few measurements).

Hey everyone.

Just wanted to build some information on what herbs && supplements one could take with BO.

I just received my package containing Swanson BO (6 bottles; approximately a 2 month supply) and was wondering if it could be combined with the following herbs/supplements (all from Swanson):
1. High Potency Softgel Multivitamins
2. L-Tyrosine
3. Fo-ti
4. Raw Pituitary (should I go for raw adrenal instead?)
5. Maca
6. Hair Skin & Nails (containing MSM, Horsetail extract, L-Cysteine, Choline, Inositol, PABA)
7. Biotin

I figured anyone taking any other herbs/supplements could post here to find out what was OK.
I'll be posting my program page with the next week. I've been on vacation & noogling only every now & then & taking milk thistle for detox only when I remember to

Hi! I don't know if I'm posting on the right thread or not, but I just took Dr. Lee's online hormone balance test and am wondering if the herbal supplements I've been taking have been doing more harm than good! I've suspected for a long time that my hormones are screwed up, but didn't do the proper research before I decided to try NBE. I've been taking Breast Success for 4 months (with verrry little success), and I've noticed an increase in irritability, hot flashes, and terrible acne with it as well. I was just going to finish up the Breast Success pills I have left before I try something different, but now I'm wondering if I should stop cold turkey seeing as according to the hormone test, I'm extremely estrogen dominant. Also, if my hormones are out of whack, what's the best route to take with NBE?
