hello! I'm new here and a few weeks ago started taking 3 and now uped it to 4 capsules of fenugreek a day and 2 capsules of saw palmetto a day. When should I start seeing results? I'm thinking about adding in fennel seeds as well.
Any suggestions would be great!

No matter what program you use it takes time. Devlopement takes time. Have you thought about adding PM?
