My anxiety level is high and I just keep thinking of the worst case scenario..In 18 years of menstruating, this is the first time I've skipped a period.
I have a doctors appointment Monday. I went to see a Naturopathic Doctor today which is the first time I've ever done this. He had never heard of PM, but suggested doing seed cycling. It's actually an interesting concept, but does take some time and I really just need to get my period now...
Missing periods occasionally happen. You have nothing to worry about unless you go for like 6months. Cortisol from stress is very very powerful, one of the most powerful hormones in our systems. Relax, avoid stimulants like caffeine and sugar, get at least 10hours of good sleep and eat what you normally do. Maximizing gh by getting good deep sleep will do you a lot of good. Have you started any weird diets of late?
Do nothing out of the ordinary.. Don't start any stupid relaxing teas, herbs or messy over the counter mess like melatonin which is vey harmful and is a hormone in of itself.
