Hi Everyone,
I please need some advice. I started with NBE (noogling and massage) a couple of weeks ago and I am seeing some changes in my menstrual cycle. My period has become very light but I am experiencing some pain with ovulation. Is this normal? I am not taking any herbal supplements or using any hormone cream because I am concerned about hormone changes.
Does NBE affect your hormones and if so, how? Do you get additional estrogen?
I would really appreciate your advice and help.
