You need to add some good fat to your body in order to grow well. Eat nuts, olive oil (extra virgin), flax seeds, whole grains, and other healthy fats. POM

Hi, i just started for like two weeks so have not seen any improvement yet. I am planning to add PM and MsM to my routine. Hope the boobie fairies would be on our side

thanks for the tip, I already have a healthy fats diet but the weight never seems to stay. Im not horribly thin but very active, the only times I've really put on weight were during pregnancy and then lost it all a month after. I really liked the way I looked then. I just can't eat if not hungry that's what's holding me back, I just have to try harder so let me go eat right now lol.

If you do add the PM where does one get that from? Ive searched online and the only pills I've seen are not 100% PM but mixed in with other herbs like folate, b12 and selenium.

i am going to get it from ainterol. there are so many brands out there like siriporn, thanyaporn , Japanese PM, pueararia uk etc. I guess those from Thailand are the better one. I choose ainterol because its quite a famous and affordable Smile

are you considering to take PM as well?

Yes I am, but I want to wait to see how I respond to the herbs I already have. Thanks I had no idea what brand to trust.

I totally agree with you, its so confusing on which brand to trust to. Its so difficult to get a real review Nowadays. Guess we have to try it out and see which one can work for us. For myself i think i will jump into PM if everything else have failed

Its been 1 1/2 week and I've tweaked the program a little, here it goes:
Am
cup of spearmint tea with honey
1500 mg EPO
620 mg fenugreek
420 mg fennel
60 mg ginkgo biloba
strawberry banana smoothie with ground flax seed
5 min massage with FSO if I have time

Pm
Cup of spearmint tea
15 min massage with FSO
30 min gently suction with NB, the cups have been staying on better, I'll mark that as progress lol (3 days on 1 day off)
Blake talks hypnosis till I fall asleep. (I just cant stay awake)
Ive been trying to stay away from sugar but it's so hard, any tips or advice on that? Or on anything else?

I've been waking up with sore breasts and feeling them achy thru the day, kinda like period boobaches, I wonder if its growth? They do feel heavier and plumpier width wise, does that make sense? Also my fave bra is unbearable ;-)
