I'm wondering do you think I made a mistake by pumping and holding for so long?I don't know I feel like this product just doesn't work for me at all. It really is driving me crazy because I want to just stop using it completely but your story and pictures are throwing me a curve ball. I really feel hatred for this product. I always look deflated after the swelling goes away and I can't get growth. Maybe my body is just not meant to respond to this.(21-03-2015, 05:52 AM)Stubbornfemme Wrote: I would use coconut oil and pump and hold for an hour then release and massage and then pump and hold again and so on for a few hours. I was addicted to the immediate swelling I got. I loved seeing myself with big breasts and I didn't get any red dots or turn purple or anything like that. I thought huge swelling would equal growth.Obviously though it did not work for me in terms of actually growing. I then tried to do half an hour hold and then release to massage. For a long time I hated massaging, I only half assed it for a minute or two. This year with my new program I have been massaging 3 times a day, 300 rotations each set. It's very important to me now, I also take herbs which I seem to be responding too. I barely ever noogle anymore. I also cleaned up my diet. I think my new program is working for me...still wish I hadn't wasted a year though. I really tried so hard and devoted so much time. Maybe I tried too hard.
Do you take photos to record progress? I too would've thought I hadn't grown at all but the photos have always shown a different story. Photos are crucial.
It is absolutely, entirely crucial to take monthly photos the same time of each month. You will not know otherwise.
Not trying to be a smart ass, genuinely curious, you started at an A and went to a D, wasn't it obvious without photos at some point. If I did grow it wasn't visible to the naked eye which is what I care about more than what it looks like in a photo. However I still see your point.I started measuring every 11th day of the month since this February, when I take my measurement again in two days I will take a photo and start to do that every month as well. Still not sure if I should use the noogle berry though, been focusing on massage and herbs. I see your point about the photos, I may have not hated the NB so much if I had seen at least a little progress but now I will never know because it wasn't enough to be seen without a lens and I am already cynical of it now.
