PM while on iud

#1

Hi there,
I'm thinking about trying out PM to grow some boobies. However, I've been on Mirena iud for 2 years now and rarely have my periods. I was wondering when I should take the PM since I don't really have a cycle?
Does anybody have any idea about this issue?
Your help would be greatly appreciated

Hi Zaika. I got the mirena iud approx. 4 weeks ago. I started Biovea brand PM on January 9th, the first day of my period. I started off on a very low dosage and did this for two weeks. I took FG caps, SP and drank fennel tea during the last 14 days of my cycle. I have just restarted PM on the first day of my cycle again now take 2 pills morn and night =1000mg PM per day.
As you mentioned you don't get regular cycles, maybe you could purchase an ovulation kit to determine where you really are in your cycle? I am new to NBE but there is so many different theories out there as to when to take PM, and i read that the Japanese women (some) take it the whole month through.

I don't know how true this is... but APPARENTLY many women cycle with the moon due to back in the day, our bodies were programmed to ovulate when the night sky was brightest - full moon, soo your period would start on the day of the new moon.

My cycle is aligned with the moon without me doing anything to make it so Smile

Works out to a 29-30 day cycle. The average cycle for mass populations of women is a 29.5 day cycle (not 28 days like many believe)

I am also trying PM with an IUD, but I have not started taking it yet!

OMG I haven't even noticed I got some replies to my thread.
Thanks for your responses.
Well, I'll order very soon some PM most likely from Siriporn and will take into account your suggestions.
I really like the fact that I don't have my periods anymore if it's important for me to have a cycle in order to grow boobies then WTHeck!
You gotta do what you gotta do Smile
Have you guys ordered since and started your program? I'm curious how it'll all work out for us

I came across Outofstyle's PM program and thread on cycling with the mood. You start PM on day 8/9 of your cycle and end on day 26. I have decided to start cycling with the moon. I am beginning my second cycle of PM. I am slowly growing. Have gained 0.5" on the upper and lower parts of my breasts. I also use the NB and just moved up to the large domes. I snoggled for 3 hours last night and then noogled this morning for another hour and had a massive amount of swelling, from an A-D cup. The results are temporary. But as I once read someone else quote, "if you can swell it, you can grow it".
Good Luck

Hi am a newb and just started with NB and PM. I also have the IUD Mirena coil fitted approx 3 years ago, and don't have periods at all. I just randomly started taking PM as I dont have a monthly cycle so didnt think it mattered and plan to take it for 15 days and on the other days taking Breast Actives and using the cream everyday. I'm now wondering if I should stop everything (should I do a cleanse?) then get an ovulation kit or maybe just have the IUD removed? Whatever gives me the best chance to grow, or just keep going with it and start my cycle with the moon like ChristinaD what do you guys think?

I'd say cycle with the moon. Many women do naturally, and I don't know if you have ever noticed, but women who live together (mother/daughters or roommates) will tend to be on cycle with each other because our bodies are in tune to the hormones each of us give off ..
When I moved in with my female roomate, she was at the time getting the shot and hadn't had a period in over 5 months but she started spotting when I was having a weird period that lasted for 2 weeks and then once my period went back to normal, she went back to having no spotting or periods, really weird how she was somehow pulled onto my cycle.

So ya If you live with another female, maybe be a little observant of when they have their period and go by that? That could be a hastle though, I don't know how much it really matters but you definitely do have higher estrogen levels at certain times of your cycle so I would think it matters a bit..
