BIOVEA PM capsules and cream experience anyone?

#11

I was using both of these and I stopped after 6 months as teh cream was giving me severe insomnia I think it made me oestrogen dominant. I mean not sleeping before 4 am and I get up at 6 for work!

I also cycled the pills.

I started using the Biovea pm and cream at the end of Oct. after using Siriporn since Jan. I was following the instructions, taking two pills a day all month long. I don't worry too much about cycling since I am 45 and have been in perimenopause for 3 years.

My last period was in Oct before starting the Biovea. I spotted in Jan and didn't have one again until April. I thought maybe it was a stronger pm?

I thought that the Biovea pm was 500 mg each until there was another post on here about it being 500 mg per serving meaning that each pill was only 250 mg.

I hadn't felt any change so after reading that I decided to experiment and bumped up to 3 caps a day for two weeks then 1 cap a day for 2 weeks with fenugreek.

Since doing that I have had sore boobs for a month solid and they are definitely fuller!

For me (being in Canada) the Biovea is very reasonably priced. Cheaper than Siriporn (the only other pm I have tried) and their customer service was excellent.

I am hoping that I have finally found something, or a routine, that is working. My journey started in July 2011

My experience with BIOVEA brand PM is that the cream is very effective, but the capsules are basically useless. I just had to write them and request my money back. They are going to give me a full refund, by the way, so at least the customer support is good.

Maybe I was just expecting more dramatic results because the previous brand of PM I tried was straight from Thailand and super effective. But it was actually a little too strong for me, and the BIOVEA was way cheaper so I decided to check it out.

The cream arrived way before the pills (I think they were back ordered at that time) and so I remember using that first and seeing results within a month. The pills are strange though, most PM is white/cream in color and these pills are brownish/green.

I'm going to try Antirol brand next because a lot of people have good results, and if that doesn't work, I guess I'll just splurge for the Thai brand....Rolleyes

My experience is that I keep sing it without serious massaging. The result is already quite satisfactory (I started from a small 32D and I'm confidently a full 32D now) but I'm not sure if it's lasting or not as I'm using it every single day.

The back of the bottle writes "Daily use for 2-3 months will show stunning results". I think I'll keep using it for 3 months (I've already used up my first bottle) and see how it goes.

Usagi, I'm not sure if breast soreness is a good thing or an indication of growing, but for me it seems like whenever they are sore they are their biggest and fullest.
