Newbie needs advice please!!

#1

Hello to you all, I'm hoping that a more experienced member could please give me some advice. After reading about PM on here I have decided to give it a go, I have ordered 3 months supply of Ainterol hoping that it is a reputable brand? I read on the website to take 2 tablets daily which sounds simple enough...but on here there is talk of cycling that has left me utterly confused! So i'm wondering how to take the pills, Please can someone give me some idea of how to start off? I eat a good diet, take flax seed oil, and glucosamine for healthy tissue growth, I am on bc to control acne. I also read about taking protein shakes on here, how important is this? and what are good brands of shake to try? Sorry for the long thread , hoping someone can help, Thankyou x Smile

You seem to have a lot of the same questions as me! I am on the fence about purchasing Ainterol or Siriporn... I am still unsure. I am also unsure about how to go about working it with my cycle... I have heard you should take it starting on the first day your period is done for 14 days and then 7 days off for your period... but I am not sure as everyone seems to say/do something different. Some people seem to take it the whole cycle without any problems with period inconsistency, while others seem to say to START it when your period starts... this leaves me confused as well :S

I am also on BC pills. I am curious as to if it is okay to be on BC pills while on PM, as, again, some people seem to say it is okay while others say you should not. I wonder... has anyone continued to take their BC pills while taking PM and still experienced growth and not experienced estrogen dominance?

Oh dear..we both seem confused, I really do wonder how to start, I think there is an element of seeing what suits you but it seems pointless to start at the wrong point of the cycle or take every day if that doesn't work! If any one out there could offer any info that might help that would be great Smile Thanks again!!
